I want to thank you with all my hearth. This is pure gold for my mind body and soul right now. Had some rough days and night and you truly are able to calm me down with your soothing voice and guidance. Huge fan. Love the body awareness and also the combination with the breath work. It feels empowering to control the nervous system.❤

Thank you Kelly, this is great! I found out about your work through the Waking Up app, and these practices are really nice. I find that my muscles accumulate tightness as the day goes on without me realizing and I think it's because I'm "bracing against reality" rather than surrendering to it, like you mention in one of your meditations. I have been enjoying these meditations as an exercise in letting go and surrendering, as a complement to other types of Buddhist meditation

Discovered you through Huberman's interview on Diary Of A CEO. I've been practicing the Wim Hof Method almost every day since early on in the first lockdown and of late my retention times have been getting less and less. However, every time I try your practice immediately before my breathing exercises my retention times rise exponentially 😃 So thank you for helping me arrive at a very mellow place 🙏🏻
