The lymphatic system is part of the immune system come and learn how breathing, moving and gravity can help stimulate the lymphatic system and help give your immune system a boost. This class should empower you to take back some control by learning some simple tools you can take with you into your every day life that keep the lymphatic system moving and stop it getting stagnant.
Disclaimer: This session is not designed specifically for anyone's current health status, their diagnosis, their own goals or their own needs. So please be mindful that taking part in this yoga session is your responsibility and if you need to miss out exercises that you've been told not to do or if you don't feel comfortable in doing then just join back in when you feel comfortable. However, we hope that everyone will feel confident to join in at least most parts of it. Just make sure it is safe for you throughout.
Also make sure you have some space, your water and towel at the ready.
