So I’ve gotta say, my wife recommended you to me (which I’m very thankful for). She’s an atheist/agnostic and I’m a Christian, but you and your messages certainly appeal to both of us. This is the third video of yours I’ve done, and the first two were especially unexpected experiences. Doing the yoga helps quiet my mind to sense feelings normally in my subconscious, and multiple times I have rapidly been brought to tears, at your ending affirmations, or just especially vulnerable moments during the sessions. The simplicity and incisiveness of your ending blessings help me explore how deeply I actually believe I’m loved by God, and what I actually think of myself (both of which might be more negative than I realize from day to day). Exploring these things is very much a good thing, so thank you for the soulful words and the physical exercise to help awaken me more to myself.

My left elbow broke and arm dislocated due to domestic violence a few years ago.. I was scared to try this out because I knew it was going to challenge me, it was a reminder that even though I am broken i am still fixable. I can’t wait to master this whole class, thank you for your dedication and energy that you bring. The affirmations at the end are my absolute favorite! Excited to see you expand and grow 💖
