We worry so much about building a bank balance. But, yoga helps build up a health balance. Realised it this time when I had to undergo some tests etc and had a minor surgery. Thank you for all these yoga videos!!

Dear David, thank you for this little gem. I have been practising this every morning for over a month now. I'm loving this and finding it effective. Please accept my gratitude and love. I was wondering if you could do a 20-minute version of this morning pranayama. It's easy to follow your gentle voice, precise instructions, and settle into a rhythm. Namaste.
