Absolutely LOVED this. 🥰 Pulling my legs up and letting them weigh down on the yoga balls was exactly what I needed. It actually took my right foot pain away.

This Yin Yoga class was great - it always me to get deep into the connective tissue. Energeticaly Autumn is a season where we are turning inward, regenerating and reflecting and Yin is just what I needed. FULL support for your channel and I hope that you can visit me too! Nin xxx

Understandable. A lot of signs in Chinatown windows have the same words as the video title, and they're implying something else.
