The perfect 20-minute everyday yoga that fits perfectly into a tight schedule. It's similar to what my daily practice looks like, so I wanted to share it with you all. If you aren't quite intermediate, still feel free to have a go, but be aware that it is a minimal cue yoga class so make sure you understand alignment and how to modify if you need to.
