Namaste friends welcome to the first day of our 14-day yoga flexibility challenge, today we will be focusing on hamstring stretches. We’ll be practising some of my all-time favourite yoga asana leg stretches in this quick vinyasa flow yoga video. Together we’ll get those tight hamstrings loosened up and feeling amazing!
The yoga poses we’ll be focusing on are:
- Half spilt pose (Stretches for splits)
- Downward facing dog (adho mukha svanasana)
- Pyramid pose (parvottanasana) another great pose to work towards the spilts.
- Forward fold (Uttanasana)
- Reclining hand to big toe pose
The more you practice this class the more flexible those legs and hamstrings are going to become, so give the video a thumbs up to save it to your liked yoga videos for easy access next time ;)
