Join me for a 30-minute feel-good yoga flow designed to energize your day and uplift your spirits, leaving you feeling good and full of energy. This invigorating practice will help you cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
We will be practising postures that target tense areas and release stress from the body:
- Deer pose and Lizard pose (to open through the hips)
- Reverse Tabletop and Bow pose (to open through the shoulders and chest)
It's a great class for all levels - beginner to a seasoned yogis are welcome. This flow is perfect for anyone looking to start their day with positivity.
Let's move, breathe, and awaken our bodies and minds together! So roll out your mat, find a comfortable space, and let's flow! Namaste.

The thumbnail already promised the backward table position. 😉 It's always a challenge for my shoulders. But a few days focussing on heart openers have actually helped. Your last flow was more strenuous than today. Thank you so much for this energising flow, Candace 😘🙏🏻🧘🏼‍♀
