I’ve been doing pull ups and hanging crunches on my iron gym for the past ten years and I’ve noticed how it’s starting to hurt in a bad way. I’ve started doing this and it feels amazing! I’ll be replacing Pilates with my pull up bar routine from now on

The way you present the workouts makes me more aware of my core and my body all day long. Increased awareness has made me realize how much I ate for some reason other than hunger.
