Wow this was a fantastic morning workout! Love how your dog is just chilling out. Though in the earlier core video , your dog was definitely hogging the camera 😁

Hi Rashmi, is doing Surya namaskar everyday enough exercise. I try to do around 35 or 40 everyday. Your videos are really helpful and am a great fan of yours

Hello. Yes it’s great to do surya namaskars but will be nice to also add an asana practice to help with flexibility and strength and balance :)

My body has some enemity towards boat poses.. I have been trying to hold it for years.. but still can't.. Any tips to hold boat poses?.. My back hurts a lot.. May be doing it wrong 😥

You can try the beginner core workout on my channel that will help. Keep your knees bent while holding boat poses for a while and then slowly build strength
