it's day no.18 and i did a complete sirshasan without wall or any other support and already feeling motivated for doing yoga more and more, next up in target is mayurasan , thank you so much Rashmi mam : )

Hello! Work on building core strength and arm and upper body strength. Once your core is stronger you will find it easier to lift up.

Well if you're trying it at home without a teacher then yes. I usually advise my students not to take wall support because you get used to it and don't get over the fear of falling. But I usually stand behind them so they don't fall in class :)

I have been practicing to get in head stand... But I just can't lift my legs up... Once I did get my legs up..but in another second I lost balance and made a front flip😂.. And after almost 3 months again beginning the practice of headstand .. can you tell me how can I lift my legs up?? ..on what things I should work??

As mentioned in the video, when you try doing it initially head will hurt till you figure out how to balance the weight on elbows.

If you are able to do tripod then all you need to do is practice this one more. It will come. :) I could only do this and couldn't manage tripod but now with practice can do both.
