Thank you so much for your work. This is a great practice.. I use a variety of your practices and enjoy most the harder ones that improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Although I've noticed improvements in flexibility gradually with 3.5 years of regular yoga practice, the poses that require a lot of hip and thigh or low back flexibility are not helpful. My joints are old and I had some gymnastics injuries in the 1970's. Longer had slow and HARD vinyasa practices without requiring great flexibility are what I'm hoping to see more of.

Hi Maris. Thank you for these very helpful videos. I do yoga 3-5 weeks as you lead me through the poses and sequences. You are easy to follow. I am very grateful for these videos as it allows me to do yoga in my home without having to spend time and energy driving into the city. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue so driving really exhausts me. I attempted to make a one time donation through Paypal. It wasn't successful as the link you provided wouldn't upload. Hi Maris, just curious if the hips face forward in warrior 1 & 2 & 3? (I've heard the term "keep the hips level", especially in warrior 2, but I wasn't sure if that meant facing forward, like facing the front foot.) Thanks in advance! 😊
