i’m recovering from a pinched nerve in my neck and I truly feel this sequence helped speed up my recovery. I did this last night and could actually get out of bed this morning without help

I have just started watching your videos. Two shoulder exercises done 2 days in a row and my arm is finally mobile and pain free. I have had this pain for months. Thank you. I would like to see exercise for my neck that constantly crunches when I turn my head. Was told it’s arthritis and live with it.

I commented on here approximately a year ago I have fibromyalgia and I'm still using it now and it's helping, although I'm doing it a bit more gently now as I was in a car accident about 6 weeks ago and although I'm not seriously hurt I got whiplash. I've not done this yoga routine for the last 6 weeks just doing the physio exercises (which are pretty similar only less). My neck is really hurting today and causing a really bad headache and I thought I may as well try just being careful not to push too far and it has helped. My neck still feels sore but a lot of the really bad tension has gone and my headache feels easier with no pain killers. I do also use some essential oils which are good for muscle pain and tension but I think using them and your yoga sequences together is so much more effective so thank you

I have tried a lot of neck yoga videos and yours has worked for me the best. Thank you! I have been experiencing neck pain this past year that have affected my arms into tingling pain. I have corrected most of the issue with proper posture st my desk but sometimes i still have a tight neck every now and then. I sleep so much better with my neck relaxed after a long day

I have been practice this neck stretch routine also your shoulder and hips mobility started a week ago. It’s helping my body and spine align and the pain I was experiencing is melting… because my neck muscles got so stiff and now starts releasing… I deeply appreciate you have all these videos ❤

I used to crack my neck and back constantly to relieve the tension. When I started yoga, not having to do that anymore was just one of the benefits. But I wanted something specifically for the neck that I can do whenever and wherever college takes its toll on me, so this is perfect. Thank you!

Great job Alison! Eagle pose is one so many of us struggle with, and that's why I also love the option of placing hands on opposite shoulders - that can be a really similar stretch that targets the same area 😉

I have a cervical spine fusion plus I suffer with severe depression which makes it very hard to get out of bed. This causes a lot of pain and stiffness. I rely heavily on your 10 minute sequences to survive. Thank you much for your videos. So grateful to you❤

I was suffering from neck and shoulder pain couldn't move my neck at all. I just started doing it for 3 days what a relief! Sometimes I don't get time to do it, still I manage to do these stretches at least thrice a week. It's amazing! Thank you!

Love the sequence. I’d love you to cover rhomboid and shoulder blade in the next video if possible. I’m pretty sure a lot of IT professionals and people who have a long sitting position will benefit from that.

Ive been doing this just about every day recently. When i started my neck and head made a lot of SOUNDS as I moved. Today I noticed less clicking/popping! Once again I really appreciate your videos, they've helped me immensely since I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

Hi Joelle, first of all thank you so much for all the free classes that you upload. They're amazing! I struggle to sit back on my heels (in fact I'm no where near and so I can't even use a cushion for support) are there any exercises that I can do that would he!p p!ease? X

Her 10 minute video for tight calves can help with feet pain too! It has helped my plantar fasciitis.

Love the stretches. My neck gets tighter when colder temperatures and rain is in the neighbourhood. Thank you for this routine to get the circulation going and hence the mobility.😊

I really like this neck stretch video that I do in a chair. I cannot do the standing forward bending position, can you please let me know how that one can be done while still sitting in a chair . Thank you

If that still doesn't feel great, you're also very welcome to leave that one out!
