Hi Tim. I really appreciate these 30 day challenges. Thank you for introducing me to yoga. But could you please keep the videos numbered? It helps me return to the challenge in the future. This was something I struggled with with your older challenges too, after a couple of days I lost track of where I was as KZbin marks the video as completed if I've already done it in the past. 💟 •••••••••••••••• ~ I started doing roughly 95% of this from what I was intuitively guided to do. ~ Another portion that I was shown to start was somatic yoga. ~ The combination of these two had helped me to open up my hips earlier this year. It allowed circulation to reach deeper into the body. ~ I'm still healing, but I honestly wouldn't be as far as I am without the yoga.🥰 •••••••••••••••• 🔹️ *Thank you.* Keep teaching.🥰

I had foot surgery 6 months ago and had to stop everything for threes mths…your yoga, walking, running of course….and then lazy took over. Gained 10 lbs, Thanksgiving came along, the Holidays, NYC trip food, food, food…. And here I am starting over. Thank you. Slowly but surely. Happy New Year. 🎈

These seem doable. Tim’s explanation, calmness and ease, and demonstration is wonderful. The only thing missing for me is to instruct viewer’s to move at positions that are comfortable and safe, to show or explain modifications for the position. Otherwise….. really well done and terrific.
