This is what happened when I started doing nothing different but eating one orange a day. It so how very slowly over a year transformed into protein shakes/3 fruits a day, kinda like and crave vegetables, going to the gym/yoga at home, setting relationship boundaries, quitting caffeine and quitting IG and other platforms and getting my garden together. all done, slowly over a long period of time when I was ready to give it a shot and recording how it made me feel.

I’m doing the exact same thing-I just bought the same futon from your “no bed video “ which really inspired me, lol. I am officially on the floor and I am loving it - feels so free. I am 51 and all I can say is that this time is like a midlife wake up, not a crisis. It’s like your true self comes back, taps you on the shoulder and reminds you that they’re back and will be moving in. Yeah, feeling stuck, but also really free and no longer give any f’s about what people think. So glad I found your channel- thank you for being you-it takes courage 👍💕

Declutter tip: do a 30 trial. Day 1 get rid of one item. Day 2 get rid of two items. Day 3 get rid of three items, and so on, so on Day 30 you get rid of thirty individual items. By then you will have gotten rid of 465 items. If you throw out 5 old receipts, that is 5 items, for example. This is what has worked for me... After one 30 cycle, start another.

Excellent Video - It came at the right time for me. I've been feeling very overwhelmed lately. The list of stuff to do, not being able to cross off one thing, before two other things get added to it. Hi Natasha! Great video. I can agree with you on so many points. The main one being the news and social media. It’s so challenging to process our own negative issues, but can be almost crippling to get caught up in everyone’s life. Whether it be all the bad news every day, or everyone’s “perfect” life. I think there needs to be balance with consumption of these things. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. 😊

Overwhelmed but I am thankful for you, Natasha. I noticed how over all the information that is out there, you have helped give me a kind and direct hand in learning how to take things slow and enjoy things in life. Maybe it's in our nature to connect to others that resemble ourselves, but I want you to know how much I appreciate you and your help that you are giving that you may not even realize you are giving. I want to acknowledge that I see it and I want to thank you for that❣️ To me, there is no such thing as pretend friends as long as you both know each other, friends from far away, friends you haven't met yet, or don't fully understand. There will always be others who we disagree with but I think God, the Universe, and Mother Nature always have beautiful plans in order to fix the rest and muck.

Finding out that I'm Autistic was life-changing for me. Are you Autistic?

Thank you for sharing! I don’t believe I am. How did you come to find out you are?

@@natashatheresa I am also going through a self-evaluation process. I'm introspective for the maintenance of integrity, but my present set of hurdles has required me to dig deeper. In looking deeper into self, I've realized that while I understand social dynamics, I choose not to participate most times due to my own awkwardness, sensitivities, and preoccupations. I've watched a few of your videos because the story in your eyes is familiar. I watch you move, your inclinations, inward humor, and cadences and I think that a personality test and inquiry into the autism spectrum might be due. Within the "association" of people who look like you and me, there's not enough monitoring of mental health or understanding of primary mental disposition. It has been a game-changing exploration of self to learn why I'm different; so that I can develop tools to help me from position A to goal B.

@natashatheresa hee hee. This video is getting me out of a funk and seeing what can I do next. Thank you! Saved it and come to it. I don't think I want to be a youtuber. Possibly something around digital products for personal finance with adhd.
