Well what can I say i just love Zelo watches and this 40 mm swordfish in bronze is just the ticket. Along with that I have even gone and got myself the bronze bracelet. Sit back and have a watch ;)

Got the white dial, bronze bracelet. I found pressing off center engaged one side but not the other , and the clue was the foldover sat proud. So l double-check it sits flat, if not press again and a click is heard, and it's good to go. Great watch and worth every penny. Nice vid, and who gives a toss about the box. Jeez.

Nice, the white dial looks clean. As for the clasp this one really didn't want to engage. Even when fully sound it would pop an hour later. However Elshan as always fixed it without any issues :) Customer care 10 out of 10.

@@GrimwoodWatchModding yes, he is top notch. I sent an email last night explaining my clasp, in case it's a QC glitch he wasn't aware. Interesting point on meteorite bezel insert, not many would think of that.

Great review. You got the combination of dial and the bracelet that I want but the scalpers have set the price at $850. If you had paid $850 plus tax instead of the $650 that you did, would you be just as satisfied with your purchase? Or would you get a different dial (like teal or green) and only pay a $100 premium? Any opinions would be appreciated as I am a new collector.

Thanks pleased you liked it and to answer your question, chances are no. In all honesty was going to go for the crystalised titanium SF40 however the price for a NH36 movement watch, was a bit high for me. If I was to go for another dial would have to go for the teal, have a teal SF stainless and the colour is amazing. So thats what I would do ;)

7am and i read "you can never have too much booze" OK, bit early but why not. OOOOHH "bronze" Yeah, that'll do. I´ve always been too late to order a zelos, my prefered model always sold out.

No which is a shame however there are a few second hand and if you go on the zelos time keepers page you can pick them up normally around or just slightly more then the sale price. Don't pay over the odds because there are plenty of well priced ones about :)

Don't get fooled, all you pay for ,is meteorite dial,lume,movement,crystal and case material. Quality of the watch is outrageous, uneven brushing of the case,case back is very sharp and poorly done,looks like it was finished by hand with sandpaper. Bezel action is very undefined. We all know that Seikos quality control is all over the place ,but this brand is way under when talking about price range The wooden box,🤭 ,is very low quality, the "leather pouch" is cheap vinyl and the spare "tropical rubber band " is made of cheap silicone with a very crap buckle I had a Zelos Mako ii ,bronze case with teal dial If you want quality at the same price range, consider this british brand , Geckota,they sell some great quality watches and a really good quality tropical real rubber band
