To see the progression of Matt Good since the early 90's to now and see the highs and to the lows. Wow what a tornado.

I saw Matt Good Band for the first time 20 years ago, at my frosh week. He called us sheep lol. Favourite artist ever since. His songs hit different and definitely got me through dark times.

I was 17 snuck in at Queens University. They found us and kicked us out.. but I got Matt’s autograph and got to watch the sound check. He’s one of my all time favourites

I met him at our local Walmart in 99’. I was working there in high school after hours. He was buying a couple pairs of Dickies. I went up n had a chance to say hi and let him know how much I enjoyed his music. We had a nice talk about the musical landscape at that time and he signed me an autograph. He was polite, open to chat and a was a salt of the earth guy and gentleman.

Kinda wish Matt would do an acoustic set combination with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra like he did with Hunting Rabbits. It gives me chills every time I listen....

There are few rituals in my life that I treasure; headphones fitted as my first listening to an anticipated release from an artist I enjoy, bag of m&ms and a beverage. Matt is amongst those special moments. Vancouver was so epic.. Nights like Tonight touched deep. Thanks brother for your continued contributions to the history of great music.

Acoustic is so pure. Saw him Jan/27/2023 in Peterborough. Loved him with a band but he is absolutely amazing by himself.

There is no one... Not a single one more prolific or impactful in music than Matt has been to me over the years. He's that influential... Criminal doesn't begin to sum up his talents and contributions to the world of music. I know I'm not the only one who has had Matthew Good play the soundtrack to their own lives.

This interview, for over 200000 subscribers, has criminally low views. I guess people dont like Matt Good personally but who cares, he is a musical genius and his music should be more iconic than it is. Maybe Im glad hes not blown up anymore as if feels like he has an undiscovered artist vibe and Im very fine with that.

For several years after a serious work place accident, I was badly mistreated and traumatized by the WSIB criminals. I was angry and depressed, and I was alone without support. Matt Good's music some how connected with me during that period, and it pulled me through in many ways. I listen to his music more sparingly now, but there's still a number of songs that go deep for me. I agree that the acoustic Matt Good is something very special. I play 5 or 6 of his songs as well, and it always takes me to that special place. His music is in a league of its own, right up there with Bob Dylan. Only Dallas Green can give him a run for his money in my mind. Thanks Matt.

It’s incredible how people sees only what they want to. Mg says that flowers grow among garbage and is so open hearted and the interviewer keeps on psychology and acoustic and doesn’t even seem to catch gems flowing in mg words...

Sure he wants to shoot Canadians for protesting. Send them to the Congo and have children shoot them. This artist teaches our children with free speech is all about, not much since he's a liberal

I don't love acoustic Matthew Good because it sounds all the same. He always sings in the same tone and the songs are written in the same style. I like rock version Matthew Good with the odd acoustic song thrown in the middle to compliment the others. When he sings all slow acoustic versions of his songs it can get very monotonous.

a complete legend who became a total alcoholic so sad...his best work was last of the ghetto astronaughts
@PayneToTheMax2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, Good dealt with a lot of substance abuse and mental health problems. Sad, it made him age so much more quickly than he should have. The newfound fame that happened so suddenly in the late '90s was too much for him. But at least it did nothing to his amazing voice, which shocks me in that it sounds hardly any different than it did back in 1998, Lol.

Never charged or proven to be ... At all. Facts and evidence. Really important. Just because you accuse someone doesn't mean they did it -- and to this day he's never been charged with a crime. In fact, she actually recanted and deleted all her blatherings. He's guilty of being a bad boyfriend ... Boohoo. You don't think she's ever been accused of being a terrible woman? Please...
