Pain has no memory, the experience of pain can have a traumatic effect on you but thats psychological and you cant actually feel or explain how the pain felt. Hense why ppl always say it was like....

@@jonathan2755 we use like not because we don’t feel pain but because pain is relevant only to the person and therefore can’t be described accurately.

While I was growing up (50's) the neighborhood and teachers had a hand in raising you. And what was worse, there was this thing called the telephone. They whipped you and by the time you got home, mom was the first one you had to face. We learned limits and discipline. Our system doesn't allow that today. Today, the streets is where you learn and the streets will kill you or put you in jail.

I got one good beat down at the store by my mom...I wanted something and mom said no so I fell out on the floor in the store the next thing I knew my mom yanked me up pulled my pants down in that store and tore my a** up! My mom did one of those flash a** whoopins just out of nowhere I wasn't expecting that at all. Sad part is she tore me up so bad I don't even remember the store we were in at the time.

I remember once when I was little, I went away, I got lost. But somehow I found my way home, and when I went close to my home, my mom was very pleased to find me, first she hugged me then slapped right across the face lol, then when my father came home she told him and he hit with two pairs of hoses. I still remember the pain 😂, but that taught me a valuable lesson. Don't you dare get away from aight

Yeah, but I remember my mom breaking her hand on my face. She played that card a little too long. When your boy is over six foot in the seventh grade it’s time to start a different form of discipline.

Where I'm from and grew up in, as kids in the neighborhood, we had a clear line to where we all were supposed to go. In our case, a train track. If you go to the track, you are fucked. Took a chance at it, danced on the line between life and death 😂

MY dear sweet sainted mother was a wonderful woman, until you made her mad and trust me, the devil was scared of her. I am 6'6" tall, built like a vault door, and I fear no man that walks this earth......My mother on the other hand was a woman and she scared the hell out of me. Also, She had a better spy network than the CIA, FBI and NSA all put together. She was a single mother who raised to overgrown gorillas, worked three jobs and still had time to whoop our asses when we deserved it. I would rather face all the denizens of Hell, than catch a whoppin from my mother.

"my mother beat me out of the penitentiary" same. I got one ass whopping from my mom, just one. when i was 5. im not playing when i tell you it jump started my critical thinking. because for the next year and a half(she died when i was 6) before i would do something even a little shady, id think to myself the probability of mom finding out, and also the probability of an ass whopping because of it. again, i was only 5.

That's parenting is so sorely (so to speak) is needed now. All these little crybabies in 2021, getting offended by words, blaming the world.

No lie I keep my butt where I needed to be she did that same thing to me. I swear what was crazy is us kids had that "Spidey sense" cause I could feel when my momma would come outside and see me get ready to do something I wasn't supposed to do. Crazy part I would hold it and the second I thought I was clear she would come out it was like damn moms a super hero
