I’m feeling so vulnerable right now, I never speak to anyone about how I feel because they are going to think I’m crazy. I had to move from the city to a rural area far from people because I can feel their thoughts. I tried to give myself time alone and I pushed myself to social activities even though I know I’m going to be exhausted. Nobody ever understands me not even my family. I was raised to not show emotions, I was raised in a very abusive family dynamic both emotional and physical. Throughout my life I was very abused and hurt by several family members. Everything that depended on me concerning work, study, self care, spiritual evolution I have done. The only part was not working was love. it was just my dad and i growing up. it was never “what’s wrong”, or “let’s talk about it”, and always “don’t cry”, and “you’re okay”. i didn’t learn how to properly address, label, or cope with really big feelings i was having at a very young age. i’ve literally worked so hard these last few years to develop decent communication skills surrounding emotions. it’s been really challenging, but i’m finally feeling like i understand myself, feeling through things, and am getting better at verbalizing my feelings the more i practice 🙂
