Stealing Dog

The plaintiff says the defendant is her ex-boyfriend. She alleges he stole her dog and now she’s in therapy. She alleges he ruined her life, so she’s suing him for the cost of the dog and therapy bills. The defendant says the dog is his. He paid for the dog and even rescued her from going to the pound in Europe after the plaintiff abandoned her.

My grandfather actually WAS there and they were all just terrified 19 years olds, many crying for their moms, and think it was a bad thing, not something to be glorified. He’s not weak. He has enough success and money that he kept saying something was cheap and come to find out he thinks $400 is just cheap change and the cheapest cost he did. Are you in a successful point in your life where you can shell out $400 on a whim and then $1600 to pickup a dog and not even be financially affected enough to care and sue for it? I don’t think so. So what makes you think he’s failing in life? He got to where he is by being empathetic and supportive. Unfortunately although she says and thinks she wants an understanding man, when that happens she has no opposition and can work on herself, which she’s built self defense systems that will self sabotage that so she doesn’t have to face her demons. It’s akin to a man who has everything going on for him but then he starts drinking again. She discloses her ptsd in order to feel like the things that happened to her are not her fault, so that she can feel she had no control. That’s like a smoke signal to abusive men that find vulnerable women. And she’s stuck on a cycle where the abusive men control her, and then she can feel her issues are validated and it’s not her fault. However in this case her smoke signal caught an actual empathetic man but she’s not in a place where she can see that. One day he will find someone who appreciates it and it’ll go great.

I’m a survivor of extreme csa and have severe ptsd. And it’s people like her that make it tough for us that have actual issues. I don’t even take my dog out much because if anyone hears he’s good for my emotional well-being they’ll just assume I’m like her… It’s like she wants you to question her ptsd. She wants to not be believed so that all her troubles and pains are validated as the reason as to why she’s constantly being put down. And tbh, to anyone reading this, it’s good to not be ashamed of your trauma, but bad men and abusive men seek out those that are most vulnerable. So it’s not only that she keeps picking bad men, but that bad men saw her as an easier target because she disclosed her weakness so easily. So be a bit more guarded in that respect. If someone’s way too sweet and understanding of your issues, yet has no one around them and a history of exes there’s a reason. And poor dude. It’s so aggravating to see what seems like a good guy that really tried hard and invested much in the relationship and he gets someone like her. When I know there are several women watching this who are working hard to support their kids and wish they had someone like that. It’s why she didn’t stay with him, in my opinion. She thinks and says out loud that she wants someone sympathetic and concerned. But when she finds someone who truly is then there’s no opposition and she’s truly free to work on herself to get through the trauma. But that’s scarier and harder to do so she self sabotages to not face her demons.

Dear lord she is pregnant!!!!! She has major mental health problems and she is not mentally stable enough to raise a baby. She cant even care for a dog how is she going to care for a child. Everytime they show her she has a look of the lights are on and nobody is home. I hope to God that the authorities step in and take the baby or hopefully she places the baby up for adoption.
