As a truck driver, I have been able to stand inside a warehouse while getting unloaded. I was making a delivery in Texas and walked into the warehouse. To my suprise, stacked on pallets were two products that, to my understanding and experience, should have been refrigerated. The two products were Nestle Quick Milk and a variety of fruit jucies, orange and apple juice. The temperature inside this warehouse was between 70-80%. In my experience, milk needs to be stored below 70%, or it will spoil. This warehouse didn't have a refrigerated department. My point is what kind of chemicals are put into the Nestle Quick "Milk" so that it doesn't need to be refrigerated. I have never since drank that product again.

#10 ceaser salad has been off my list since the mid 90s and a certain lunch break at a popular restaurant in a fancy pants part of town. The guy i was working with was head of this particular alarm install job and he wanted treat me to lunch for all the extra money i had helped him make. A nice gesture turned into money lost after a 3 day long food poisoning episode. All i had was the ceaser salad and a coca cola. We both went home after lunch, as the plan was to lay out the job, get some rest and hit it hard the next morning. The only thing i hit hard that evening and next whole day was the toilet. Raw eggs and anchovies probably isn't the best options for salad dressing.

I was at an inpatient treatment facility where the patients were given access to 3 different cereals anytime we got hungry. I got in the habit of eating cereal since I didn't like the food. About 6-8 servings per day. I was there for 30 days and in that time I gained about 27 pounds. Wish they had made fruits and veggies available instead. I've struggled for 7 years to lose that extra weight and keep it gone. I went in that place at 36 years old 5'9" tall and 195lbs and had NEVER been over 200lbs... I left weighing about 222lbs and since then have gone as high as 241lbs during a period of drinking for about 8 months and am now sober and back down to 220. For a couple months I was 198lbs but for the most part I have not been able to stay below 200lbs. A combination of age, bad habits, and cereal ruined my weight control.

Foods I'll supposedly _never_ buy again eh? So far, the arguments have been: 1 - Pringles: Even though "dried potatoes" are _literally_ the first listed ingredient, they've been processed with the same kind of preservatives and flavour-modifiers as _every other chip brand._ But apparently this makes Pringles particularly bad for no apparent reason. 2 - Worcestershire Sauce: Two guys made it, didn't like it at first, but then found it tasted good as a fermented sauce. Wow. Time to never buy that again... 3 - Orange Juice: It's high in fructose, because fruits are high in fructose - aka _fruit sugar_ - and having a ridiculous amount can cause health issues. Also, it has less fructose than grape, apple, cranberry or pomegranate juice. So why is orange juice in particular so bad for you? Because this list was made by a dumb content-spam bot that doesn't actually know anything. 4 - Beer. While most modern breweries use synthetic clarifying agents, a small minority still use isinglass, a type of gelatin derived from fish. It's filtered out of the beer afterwards. So if you're a vegan and care about this, there's a small chance that beer produced by some micro/craft-brewery may have at one point touched a type of gelatin. Wine also does this, but never mind that. And _that's_ why you should never drink beer again. Not because of the massive amounts of damage alcoholism can do to one's physical health, mental health and overall wellbeing, but because less than 10% of beers may have at some point come into contact with a gelatin during production. This is so stupid, I can’t even watch anymore of this. This video’s more artificial and mass-produced than the things it’s trying to talk about.

OK, So now lets see you make a video of the best6 foods for you regardless of commercially made or at home! But of course that may seem improbable because no-one really knows the truth. I remember when butter was really bad for you. Now it is recommended.

I've worked in many canning factories, including the one that makes chocolate covered cherries for Braches & now, Queen Annes. I've also worked in fast food, & a grocery deli. I still eat most of the foods I've processed but only in healthy capacities. (I no longer buy canned veggies. It's fresh or frozen). You would never eat a marichino cherry again if you only knew the process. The deli i worked in though, i kept practically spotless. I didn't control what i served, though & over ripe produce came our way that we had to rurn into salads.

Dr Berg is a Chiropractor, lol and he often misunderstands clinical research studies - Vit B3 for example, he was so wrong about a lot of what he was saying about that Vitamin, Vitamins and minerals are my 'thing' there's not a whole lot I do not know about them all, even the de-classified Vitamins, some of which need to be re-classified as Vitamins.

NOT MY COKE ZERO!!!! I'm diabetic and my menu is limited to start with. Don't tell me I can't have my drink of choice. 😞

No offense but, coke zero is actually worse than coke. The zero sugar sweetener can't be broken down and metabolised.

It seems that everything we’re eating is bad for us. I want to eat healthy food but I can’t find anything. I’ve avoided anything with artificial sweeteners in it for the past 20 years and don’t drink soda because It’s just something I’ve never got a taste for. However, I had to drink one I’d opt for the full sugar option rather than drinking low or zero sugar soda full of a brain rotting neurotoxic artificial sweetener. I really don’t like the taste of either. I can taste them in certain ketchup, gum, yogurt, baked beans, chips, breakfast cereals and generally lots of foods that claim to be low in calories or sugar. Sweeteners are much worse for you than sugar.

I drink 99% only water. Very rarely ill have a soda, and I get those fancy weird ones with the funny flavors usually, just to try something new. Had a keylime one, it was really good. But if you don't drink them for extended periods and stay away from sugar ,they are just too sweet. I avoid artificial sweeteners at all costs, a big reason is I let my dogs sample stuff I make and those are super toxic for them. The best tip for eating healthy, is to stay on the outside of the isles at the grocery store, don't go into the middle sections. Stick with meat, produce, and fruit. Most of the center isles are just corn in different forms with chemicals. My weakness is hotdogs, I gotta have em sometimes, so im gonna try making them from scratch I think. Eating healthy is hard.

@@Pax_Mayn3I cannot eat the meat anymore non of it it taste awful and is tuff and nasty. Don't care how much you pay for it. And most fish taste like someone already ate it and it didn't set on their stomach. Potatoes. are just a pot of white thick liquid and don't taste like potatoes. Forget beef chicken and pork and rice and tomatoes Ew! If i could kus get some real food Lord knowes you pay real high prices for this stuff and you can't eat it!

@@ezerlenewatkins9644 Sounds like you gave yourself an eating disorder. It's all in your head. It's like those people who say "I can't drink water, it makes me gag". It's not normal.
