25g tapioca starch
20g mung bean starch
140g sugar
130g pandan juice
330ml water
1/2 teaspoon Lye water (alkaline water)
Coconut Cream Layer :
25g rice flour
30g mung bean starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
320g coconut milk
Mold: 20cm.
