Alabama here. I make my hot dog chili same way I make all my chili w/beans. Use an immersion blender to somewhat pulverize the beans. Extra protein and creamy texture.

chili is some of the most versatile food out there, you could add a bit more seasoning, and half/whole a can of tomato sauce with the stock to get a wetter version of this for dip/bowl. add some diffent chilis and corn that you give a quick touch on the grill. chili is awesome.

Spray the buns with butter flavored walmart brand oil spray before toasting. Game changer. Saw a guy with a full time hot dog cart use it before toasting the buns on his side grill. GAME CHANGER
