Hi i've been no contact with my parent for about 4 years now, I've come to talk to them at year 2, it went good for months then, after a while it became toxic again, this time I'm willing to do longer, they never showed care for me and they are always thinking about themselves. Narcissistic, selfish and self absorbed, I am more happy now and I feel free. They were never self aware always thinking about themselves. I feel good knowing that I never get to see them anymore

@@youtubemariemorinestrangement thank you. Sometimes I wonder if I took the easy way out, the least courageous way, by going no contact. When I think of what my choices were, I'm not sure what I could have done. I find narcs to be very draining now, I do all I can to avoid them no matter who they are. Thanks for the video.
