There's not a lot of ways to make someone laugh in Yugioh. I feel like Joseph's reaction were and still are exaggerated to not make series' premise look stupid from episode 1 and if we'll get another episode, it will probably have one deck that tries to be funny and the rest will be just meta/rogue decks that play slightly less optimal than usually to squeeze in one weird card.

Criticism outside of "bro this sucks": Since the entire point is for the opponent do something stupid/bizarre for amusement, I wouldn't be playing any cards that outright hose them like handtraps and negates. Pure Performapal is a well positioned deck to set for your perspective because Yuya, as well as that the cards tend to do whacky stuff. From a live Point of View, it's not very entertaining to watch you do a 2-3 minute combo in dead silence after the opponent just got Maxx C checked or Ash'ed into passing. So another thing to look out for is trying not to have any setups that go long. Playing weaker control decks instead maybe? Amazement? It's like Performapal, but not, right? Idk I've never read them. Basically, need to have less complete blowouts happening. If you see this, I hope any of this was remotely useful feedback. I don't know how in God's Green Earth you could, but you could also try and attempt to add a Dueltaining Meter that incorporate's chat's live engagement in the duel.

The problem balancing the handtraps in this series is that if Joseph just goes without them, he'll just lose every game to the opponent if they're not playing some obscure gimmick. Remember, the win conditions are either winning or making him laugh, not solely the latter. If people just wanna see gimmick decks going uninterrupted, this series would just become LVK 2 but live instead of watching replays (which is infinitely worse, for obvious reasons).
