Ever thought about how much our lifestyle has changed?
I was having this deep conversation recently, and one thing stuck with me - we’ve forgotten to prioritize ourselves.
We overeat, skip sleep, and stay glued to screens while dreaming of a 'healthy life.' Sounds ironic, right?
Here’s the thing - health doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive.
Sleep 7-8 hours like it’s your job.
Take a walk. Just 30 minutes a day.
And hey, protein first, carbs later. Your body will thank you.
Above all, start loving yourself more. Because the ONLY person who can truly take care of you… is YOU. 💡
What’s the one change you’ll make today? Drop it in the comments. 👇

Dr. Pal, you look very handsome today. Your healthy lifestyle is showing 😊. Thank you for this podcast. I love his humour. My daughter says that Indians overeat because of our history of ancestral starvation. I am blessed to be always slim no matter how much I eat but I still strive to eat healthy and in moderation. I keep away from sugar and bad fats. I take a spoon of A2 ghee first thing in the morning then a green juice with ginger and lemon and 1 tbsp olive oil. I wish health and wealth to all. Namaste!🙏💕

Hello Dr Pal, I have become really addicted to these informative podcasts of yours. One thing that I always tend to do is press on the share button to send it to my parents, but then I realise that all these discussions are in english and that becomes a barrier while sharing with them. Just a request if your team could dub your episodes in multiple languages and share those through a separate channel. Btw, I am a big fan of your podcast. With lots of respect 🙌🙇🏻

Happy Birthday Dr.Pal. BTW I have a doubt, For 100g of roasted Peanuts(which are not expensive) we get 24g of protein, but for 100g of Almonds(Which is slightly expensive) we get only 21g of protein. Both have identical amounts of calories(570 - 580). Still why does everyone prefer Almonds and not peanuts?

Sivasankaran is watching all health & Wellness podcasts, documentaries, Dr.Pal ,Dr.Santosh Jacob, Dr .Vijay shankar , and all other health videos and memorized it and talking about...he is NOT an qualified Doctor or fitness trainer, etc..he is an Entrepreneur, made millions in selling his company and enjoying his life in 5 star hotel 😂😅...Dr.Pal..you looking really pathetic listening to these sort of persons suggestions and advises..please do not down grade yourself n your followers..this person has lots of time & sitting talking all his KZbin videos knowledge! He must do volunteering in senior & orphanage centers and play Positive role model for younger generations rather than talking too much..show your goodness by practicing it to the underprivileged socioeconomical community..just my suggestions 😊..cool,take it easy🙌🫶🙏👍🤝👏😊
