I struggle with family and friends. It’s not that they push me to eat cooked food, it’s that I don’t want to always draw attention to myself with my food choices. I know this is lame and it’s up to me to make the choices that are best for my health. Last night, I ate chocolate because my neighbor gave me some from Hawaii. I needed to make it disappear. I also had popcorn because what the hell, I already messed up with the chocolate. 😂 Now I can start over today. 😅 Thanks for the video! ❤

I struggle with exercise because I have a lot of chronic pain and fatigue (fibromyalgia) when I have a good day I use it on my prepping. I’m good with sticking to raw vegan, I have a green smoothie in the morning, juice throughout the afternoon and a huge salad in the evening. But I can’t lose weight anymore. Although my main focus is my health and getting my body stronger, less pain.

I just get stuck. I start off really good doing raw. I think that the quality of the foods where I live is very discouraging. I get unmotivated quickly and get bored with recipes which pushes me to eat chips and junk. I hate it😞 (all an excuse but I’m exposing myself because I really want to do better with my health and food intake. I’m just not sure how to remain)… Having three small 😢😮kids and a single divorced parent doesn’t make it easy or affordable. I want this lifestyle so bad. I’m not gonna give up. One day I’ll be able to be proud of myself…

You may want to monitor your sodium intake as well. High sodium keeps the scale number high.

I went wrong because I fell off the wagon due to the side effects. The headaches and back pain from all the juicing and detoxing. I just learned, from watching another video, I wasn’t detoxing properly.
