Yes, I think this can work best for older kids, but many of them can start working on their footwork and field awareness as early as kindergarten. Love your attitude and positivity! Thx again.

Going to try this Monday we won 1 and lost 1 today, but its brand new team. The main problem we had is stopping the pass and on offense our passing attack is not there yet. I also recommend 2 fellow Coachs from other teams to your page.

Turning toward the receiver will allow you to make a play on the ball and the flag in case you miss, if you turn toward the qb you have the risk the ball is over thrown and you get burned

Good call, as long as you are watching the receiver’s eyes and going for the ball if you don’t see it coming. Also, if they don’t pass to the WR, then you’re taken out of the play because you’re basically man-to-man and if they handoff or go to a different WR, it will slow your reaction to the ball. I appreciate your input!

Coach D. I am holding my 2nd practice tomorrow. I have some kids that have played on the team & a few that haven't. How do I get those kids that have not up to speed quickly so I can start practicing plays?

Finally, I would select a few videos here to shoot over to their parents/them to watch during the week to help ramp them quickly.
