A well put together video. What I love is that you usually depict your message in your videos, in real time. We can see clearly that you mean what you say. What I enjoyed the most about this is the dramatic feel. I love drama, have been trying to incorporate them in my videos along with creating what the audience wants. It didn't feel like "me" though so I've started shooting outdoors, being myself, and no real editing/cuts and just speaking from the heart. Different strategies work for different people!

I follow you since you had 5k subs, and I noticed "the change". Besides the blending in mistake you were doing (the biggest), don't underestimate the thumbnails. Those suffered a massive improvement. And, this is by far your best video. Enjoy the ride, buddy!

I love this advice. In the past 3-4 months, I’ve tried to really focus on story, quality, and content more in my videos and it’s working. Also, publishing consistently at the same time each week seems to help as well. My channel is still small, but I’m getting compliments on my improvements in editing, pacing, and thumbnails. Good tips and I fully agree. My biggest grief with "blaming youtube" is when I see all the analytics going downward trending, and the number of messages I get saying they stopped getting notifications for new uploads, don't see the videos in their sub feed, got unsubscribed without knowing it, etc...go UP. That's what annoys me because that part is out of my control. But even though I sent YT Partner support 50+ screenshots of different users showing all these problems, they still said there was none. That's where my frustration comes from.

I am so grateful for the experience that building a KZbin channel comes with. It’s hard & exhausting but it will all be worth it. Keep going guys this is just the beginning for us!
