I'm a wannabe drummer...I said it. I was a dancer for 1/2 of my 44 yrs; tap being one of my preferred & most skilled styles. Foolishly, & arrogantly, I thought, if I could make my own music & beats, i.e. magic, w/ my feet I should be able to do so w/ my hands.
