I have very recently started looking after my physical health more and thought I'd try home workouts. As someone who has always been afraid of exercise due to having been bullied at school etc I found this video, and your others, so gentle yet encouraging. I love your workouts! As someone who's new at exercising and overweight, it's so encouraging to see a trainer who shows that it's strenuous for her as well...I always feel so demotivated when I see trainers who make it look everything so easy! Every time I do this workout I know those pop squats are coming... Makes me want to cry but they're so good for getting my heart rate up!

Love this! Recovering alter being injured, great workout, more dynamic than with weights and I can adjust to my own needs! Plus very little repeat = fun!

Amazing workout!!! Been using mini bands for about a year now following other you tubers with not much noticeable difference. This workout and your arm workout - wow!! After 3 weeks I’ve noticed more leg and arm definition than after a year of the other workouts! Thank you xx

I am recovering from surgery and my doctor said to start incorporating light lower body exercises (I generally use weights so bands aren't really my thing) but this got me sweating for sure! Loved it and def will be doing more of your workouts!

This was an awesome workout. I almost clicked out because I thought it was going to be easy. I was wrong. Great burn in the legs and sweat. Great sequence!

Wow! I really loved this workout! I've been looking for more creative uses of looped resistance bands for lower body workouts! I paired this video with a 12 min Pamela Reif booty workout and I can say for sure it was a great session today!
