自從跟師傅學識煎鹹鮮魚做法之後就深深愛上,好好食😋又唔複雜,而且有好多魚都好適合呢種做法,除咗可以當一個餸,更可以當主食並配上唔同醬汁(再加蔬菜瓜類之類做配菜),整岀嚟又靚又好食超正👍🏻 師傅所教嘅食材正確處理方式,既專業又實用,仲係烹調當中最為重要嘅一 Part ,如果唔識亂9咁教或亂學(例如教人去街市買死墨魚生食),唔單止唔好食咁簡單,食材處理不當及冇衛生意識係可以導致嚴重影響健康,除非你係冇腦或者好憎屋企人,否則一定要跟專業正氣及誠實嘅師傅學習正確嘅相關知識,只有咁樣先至能夠做岀優質食物,並充分保護到自己同家人嘅健康!
Tasty fish I like but difficult find here but similar like turbot I bought sometimes , but highly priced. Coriander cost 3 euros a small packet , I grow myself in the garden 😀 Thank you Mr Sing Sing this fish day , take care 😋👏👍💯🙏❤️
