I've learned quite a bit about Carp in this very informative video,and I aspecialy like the way they do the fillet boat and every dish looks delish....😊

Thank you for your comment. In modern times, carp dishes have become rare even for us Japanese. Through this interview, I believe we were able to once again appreciate the dedication and tradition upheld by the chefs who continue this culinary art.
