I believe when the rules are referencing fliers and flying MCs entering ZM it's talking about having a small ZM area in a standard game.

I don't really agree with your assertion that there's much of a choice to be made with terminators for ZM... I think Tartaros are the clear winners. When the board is covered in walls, mobility is really important. 6" doesn't get you very far once you've navigated a few corners and you often won't have anyone to shoot at anyway. The board may be smaller, but unless you have a nice straight walk to the enemy you're going to spend a lot of time wishing you could run. Also Cataphractii can't fire overwatch, so can't benefit from the reaction fire rule either. There is a choice to make if you're going to deep strike, but even then, you will probably only get to fight one enemy unit before you're out of the game due to how easy it is for the enemy to just run away. Finding a good target near an objective is the best bet but even then you have to get the teleport homer into the danger zone first. I would however fully abandon this point of view when talking about legion terminators... Fulmentarus or tyrant siege are so powerful in shooting in a confined space I'd happily overlook just about any restriction they have. I'd also like to add that I'd always take a contemptor cortus in ZM... their weaknesses are rubbish side armour and only a frontal inv save against shooting... not so much of an issue if you're in a corridor with walls covering your flanks. Small games mean the points saving feels bigger. WS4 is a shame, but if you trigger rage the extra attack helps make that up. I usually take at least one with a chainfist and dccw. Weapon upgrades in the fists are fun but frankly not worth the points most of the time. I'd rather spend 150pts on this fella than 190 for a proper contemptor when in my experience they either do well or die to a melta bomb regardless of whether it's a cortus or not. Box dreads with a flamestorm cannon definitely get an honourable mention until they get krak grenaded off the table in a heartbeat. One last thing, quad mortars aren't out of the question... it simply says that barrage weapons cannot be used to fire indirectly; you can therefore still use them directly like a normal blast weapon. Not super worthwhile imo but there you go. The master of signals can still technically use his ability too, but I'd say it's pretty dumb from a fluff perspective so any good even organiser should disallow it. Oh, and great video. I love to hear your take on the game.

They do not. However, they do have the Gal Vorbak which can fullfil a similar role, as well as the Ashen Circle and Mhara Gal tainted Dreadnought.

I dunno about the assessment on the servo-automata. for 80 points you get 8 flamers on the table, now with shread. Not a bad deal IMO.
