Day 1:✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ❌took a rest day, had to attend an event Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ❌ took a rest day Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ Day 17: ✅ Have been seeing results! My waist is slimmer, back is slimmer, and ab’s more defined! Day 18: ✅ Day 19: ✅ Day 20: ✅ Day 21: ✅ Been 3 weeks, loving the results! Day: 22: ✅ Day 23: ✅ Day 24: ❌ rest day, pulled a muscle so just did stretches Day 25: ✅ Day 26: ✅ Day 27: ✅ Day 28: ✅ made it to a month/4 weeks! Going to stop updating since it has been a month and I am going on a mini vacation this week. This workout does work, you just have to stay consistent and do some other workouts with this video as well! And it is okay to take rest days or breaks, life happens and all you can do is get back up and try again! I normally do 30-40 minutes of Gloria’s videos (my favs are the 5 min lower abs, 11 lines, shrink inner thighs, and back workouts). Sometimes I will do 15-20 minutes of Gloria’s videos and when I do that I typically do cardio (mainly walking or zumba). 10/10 have been doing Gloria’s workouts on and off for months and I LOVE them.

hi, thanks for this, I'm autistic and I don't know much about workouts or healthy habits, as I also didn't know what cardio was, I'm a minor and I'm a little embarrassed to say to my family that I'm going to go out for a walk bc they are too overprotective towards me, but, besides all that, I'll try to follow a healthy routine and I really hope I'm as determined as you!! ^^ keep it up and I send to you lots of support

If you ever are unable to walk outside, there are tons of standing walking workouts available on KZbin (there range from 10 minutes to 1 hour so you can always find something that fits your schedule). Also, don’t be embarrassed, there is nothing embarrassing about wanting to become healthy.

I do this workout 4 days a week before bed along with a 5 min flat abs workout , Momomi’s 4 min glute workout and after , for cooling-down I do her 8 min stretch for debloating in the dark. I might say that these little workouts help me as i do not have a lot of time throughout the day. They keep me in shape and help me be strong and healthy!

This is my 3rd day doing this workout and although I haven't measured nor checked myself, I do feel my core getting a bit stronger and learning to correctly engage my muscles doing the exercises. Already feeling less bloated. Thank you for this!!

Doing this but as a busy student 😢 my big goal iz to get my waist to 80cm.. I’m currently at 98 yippee Day one 10/23 - ✅ I saw heaven Day 2 - ✅ I was only able to do a few workouts and this due to a typhoon but hey NEVER STOP THE GRIND GUYS 😜😜😜 Day 3 -❌ our power was gone and I forgot to download the videos 😃 Day 4 - ❌ Day 5 - ❌ Day 6 - ✅ im back on the grind guys 😝🤑🤑

Your channel is so realxing I love it. I workout pretty consistently, and even though I feel pretty good afterwards, I never feel as relaxed as now. The worlouts you do are not too hard, and they give really great results, so thank you for making these amazing and helpful videos :) If anyone is interested, here is my favorite combination of her workouts ! :) I first start by doing this one, then I do the ten minutes shrink waist workout. I then move on to the booty workout and sometimes I also add the love handles one afterwards. I then move on to the face fat/feminine shoulders videos to strech my neck (I don't do both everyday, I choose one to do and then I usually do the other one the next day.) And I finish my routine with her 10 minutes debloating exercices to be completely relaxed :) In the end, I workout for a bit more than 30 minutes, and it gives me amazing results :)

I'm going to be doing this until my birthday which is in 32 days so I'll keep an update! Week 1 ❤️ Day 1 : ✅ I think I did it wrong because I felt the burn in my arms💀 Day 2 : ✅ Day 3 :❌ not feeling well Day 4: ❌ I'm sick😕 Day 5:✅ still feeling sick ALSO I'm starting to see a bit results! 🥳🥳 Day 6: ❌ fell asleep Day 7 : ✅ I really felt the burn today! Week 2 🧡 Day 8: UPDATE Day??: I haven't been doing the workout at all 😭 but I still have my dream waist although I haven't done it in 2 weeks so I'm happy with the results just know just because it took me a week to get it, doesn't mean you will! So remember to work at it until you get it!

for anyone who is waiting for a week actually i’ll do one so day 1: done it was kind of easy so and was very relaxing day 2: i felt like i saw results already and already see my waist slimming down and my stomach being toned day 3: i rly didnt wanna do it today but i got it done day 4: finished late and i also squeezed in another one of her ab workouts today didn’t have a good day and i felt a lot better after doing this day 4: i went to sleep early and forgot day 5: finished and really helped me relax because i’ve been really stressed about the holidays day 6: skipped was at families house and i work out really late at night day 7: skipped was still at that house finished my week i lost two inches off of my waist and my lower belly saw really good results quickly i will continue doing this workout and update every so often while i loved the results i loved the calming effect of this workout even more because i have a hard time falling asleep and it really helped me with that day 8: skipped day 9: skipped day 10: i did it late at night cause that’s when i usually work out and it felt okay because i haven’t worked out in a while

I love all the workouts they’re really affective! Iv been doing glorias workouts and some others but I wanted to ask if anyone else has the problem of your tailbone hurting or pushing against the floor while doing single leg lifts , scissor kicks, and reverse crunches etc? I was wondering how I can fix that bc it’s so annoying and it hurts a lot. I really noticed it when I was doing a different workout that had those V workout things and after that workout my tailbone was bruised and I want to still do the workouts but idk how to do them without it hurting my tailbone yk- thank you!

Doing this workout for as long until I get my dream waist !! Day 1 -✅ I WAS VIBRATING LIKE A GODDAMN ROSETOY Day 2 -✅ same as day 1 but little easier. Day 3 -✅ became a little easier for me but hurts so bad Day 4 - rest day Day 5 - ✅ the workout became a lot easier!
