Guys she isn’t actually altering her rib cage she’s exercising her transverse abdominis which are the inner ab muscles that kinda hold everything together. The more you exercise them the stronger and tighter they get so ur waist gets tighter and appears slimmer. You’d be surprised how much of a difference training these muscles can make

i do a four day split with a stretch day so 1) legs 2) chest 3) back 4) arms + 5) stretch. focusing on breathing, progressive overload (lifting weights slightly heavier each lift/when you’re ready to increase, start with 12-10 reps and decreasing as you finish your set) and active rest days (just moving when you’re not at the gym) has helped me see a lot of progress. i also try to do a bit of cardio each workout but especially on stretch days. most importantly: consistency!! i started gym’ ing bc it was cheaper than therapy lol but going especially when i don’t want to has helped me see my progress today. and my mental health is better overall. edit: not healed or whatever but i’m functioning at a slightly better level than before.

I don’t usually comment on videos, however, I’ve been working on shrinking down my waist and have been doing different home workouts for 4 months now. I’m also in high level soccer, but have never shown much results in my stomach. I began doing this workout after my workouts whenever I felt I still had some energy left, and oh my goodness. this works soooo well. I thought no workout worked on me and then I found this video. I went on Gloria’s account and saw soooo many videos that helped me ; her hip dips workout, hourglass waist, collarbone and rib cage reduction. And let me tell you this ; it WORKS. My rib cage, two weeks ago, was wider than my hips and now, my hips are wider and the change in my rib cage and waist is shocking ! I’ve lost two centimeters in two weeks ! If you want my routine, it was this : hip-dips workout x2, rib cage reduction method x2 and 10 minute hourglass waist workout + stomach debloating routine and collarbone defining routine. I’m dieting slightly but I’m not hungry or craving fast food or junk food which is actually really amazing ; and I walk 1 hour per day. My body has visibly slimmed down even though I’m only thirteen which makes me so happy ! I don't understand the science behind this workout, but it did help me with my bloating. I'm very skinny but my stomach looks like I'm 5 months pregnant. This helped reduce the bloating to a 3 months pregnancy. 🤣 I've only done this workout 3 times. I'll try to do this consistently to see whether I can really shrink down my waist. I usually don't comment on workout videos, but I've decided to start because I've been trying to get a small ribcage for the longest time now and ran into this video and I love the workout its super easy and get the most out of it. I'll try to keep updates coming up, I will be updating every 14 days if there's new results. Day 1:✅️ No results yet since it's only day one. Day 2:✅️ I see my waist getting a little more slimmer. Day 3:❌️I didn't have the energy Day 4:✅️ I did the workout today felt great. I'm getting used to most of the workout. i’ve been doing this for about 5 days a week for the past 3-4 months and it seems to me that it works! i have also been doing other ab workouts along with this, but i definitely think this works as well. if you’re planning on doing this just remember that consistency is key and results take time!!👍

Starting today! I’ll update in 5 days! Okay so I’ve just done the work out and I’m on my first day. I feel so weightless after I did the workout, haven’t lost any weight tho. I have a gut feeling it’ll work though! I’ll check in on my body tomorrow for any changes, then continue the workout cycle. Hi everyone, I just wanted to say it IS possible to slim your ribcage down a little because there are muscles UNDER the ribcage which you can train so that they pull your ribcage more tightly together. So don’t give up because you believe you cannot get your desired body, you can and I’m already close to it so don’t give up ❤ sending lots of love to those who are doing this workout or thinking about doing it ! Doing this for about 1-2 weeks: Note: I‘m also doing many other workouts along with this, and dance like 20 minutes a day ✅Day 1: I already did this workout long time ago so I still remembered some parts but overall it was really hard and exhausting, had to stop a lot ✅Day 2: The plank to downward dog part had me really exhausted but other parts were ok ❌Day 3: I didn‘t do it today bc I was in the Zoo till evening ✅Day 4: The plank to downward dog part was still hard but I didn‘t have to pause and I definitely did it easier. I can already feel changes but can‘t see a lot ✅Day 5: I had to take a break after plank to dog part but it‘s definitely getting easier and I can kind of feel changes on my waist! ✅Day 6: It‘s getting SO much easier like when I compare it to the first time- I can feel my ribcage definitely becoming slimmer but since I don‘t have a thin waist in general the changes are ofc not that visible ❌Day 7: didn‘t do it but balanced it out with >20 minutes cardio ❌Day 8 I decided to stop here bc I just didn‘t really get results and this is probably not bc of Gloria but it‘s just not right for me, I tried other workouts from her so I know, they‘re really good but yeah I just decided to stop here

Trying this for abt a few weeks for a glow up before school. 😆 Day 1. Did the exercise Twice, first time I did it was when I woke up the second time I did it was before I went to bed Day 2. Did the exercise three times one in the morning, one at noon, and one in the afternoon felt nice and I feel like it’s making a difference Day 3. This is the present day so I can’t rlly update much but I am doing this workout with another workout and I’m rlly surprised how it’s going I love this workout and I’ll keep updating 👍🏻👍🏻 Day 4. Sadly I only did it once my friend was over and I couldn’t rlly get much done :(. Day 5. Did it twice to make up for yesterday and since I haven’t done it for a little it rlly felt like I was getting a 30 minute workout.

Will be doing these every day early in the morning as soon as I wake up Day 1: ✅ Planks are rlly easy for me, but I have trouble with downward dog and breathing while sucking my belly Day 2:✅ Really small difference since it’s only day 2, but it’s an easy yet effective workout Day 3:✅ Great workout for the morning, fires up your core without exhausting you Day 4:✅ A slightly bigger difference than before, but it’s still too early Day 5:✅ Did the workout despite the pain from my period and ngl it kinda eased off my pain Day 6:✅ I can see quite a difference, I’m satisfied but I want to continue for more Day 7:✅ No comment Day 8:✅ No comment Day 9:✖️Didn’t do it this time Day 10:✅ No comment Day 11:✅ Can see difference Day 12:✅ My results are really noticeable, even family and friends said it to me. I will put this comment here to see if it helps others like myself March 3rd 2023 This is my old inbody test from last year: Weight: 55kg Muscle mass: 21.3kg Body fat mass: 16.3kg Segmental lean: everything is normal Segmental fat: everything is normal except for my stomach fat which is why it says over So on the bottom of the page where it says muscle-fat control its saying what I could stand to gain and what I could stand to lose. So I could stand to gain 1.8kg of muscle mass and lose 4.1kg of body fat(belly fat). Even though I was in the normal range I still have a belly fat pouch which I've always hated and do not like. Body fat: 16.3kg Normal body fat range is between 10.6kg and 17kg May 5th 2023 This is my inbody test on 5th of May 2023: Weight: 54kg Muscle mass: 22.6kg up by 1.3kg Body fat mass: 12.9kg down by 3.4kg (I lost 3.4kg of body fat in 6 weeks!! Yay😆) *( was doing gym 5x a week + aqua zumba + pilates ) Segmental lean: everything is normal Segmental fat: everything is now normal because I lost 3.4kg of body fat and I'm now in the normal range So on the bottom where it says muscle-fat control its saying what I could stand to gain and what I could stand to lose. So I could stand to gain 0kg of muscle mass probably because i achieved what i wanted but ofc i want to gain more muscle and I could stand to lose 0.7kg of body fat(belly fat). Body fat: 12.9kg January 22nd 2024 This is my inbody test on 22nd of January 2024: Weight: 55.1kg up by 1.1kg Muscle mass: 21.8kg down by 0.8kg Body fat mass: 15.4kg up by 2.5kg (This is my inbody test where it had 11 months in-between from the last one where i gave up on gym and eating healthy and i gained fat) I gained a kilo, my muscle mass went down by 0.8kg and my body fat went up by 2.5kg ----------- But after this I decided to put a stop to how I was and actually lose the belly fat and get a flat stomach whilst also gaining muscle. From this point on I decided to change So I implemented a few things: • Calorie deficit between 800-1200 although I stuck to 900 a day to see results faster • Intermittent fasting 16:8 -> wake up at 9am have breakfast around 10am -> lunch at 12-2pm -> dinner at 3-4pm // stop eating at 4 and fast until 9am the next day (only water) • Gym 5x a week - I used certain machines - (always do exercises slowly so you feel the burn more and don't let the weights touch always keep a moving momentum) (I basically did just legs workouts because I want better glutes and legs so I didn't do any core during this period Jan - apr) ♡ inner & outer thigh machine: 3 x 25 on a low weight (I say low weight because you really feel the burn at 20 instead of doing the usual 3 x 10 with a heavy weight) ♡ leg press: 3 x 25 on a low weight ♡cable leg extension: 3 x 15 on a low weight ♡ cable triceps extension: 3 x 15 on a low weight ♡ treadmill: 18:3:30 -> 18 incline, speed 3, 30 minutes ♡ stairmaster: there is a glute routine on there which I do but you can also choose to just do the stairmaster for 20/30 minutes (watching something whilst doing it helps) ♡ elliptical trainer: Glute routine - level 6 for 18 minutes (I leave this at the end of the workout because it always kills me, as in gets me sweating so much I start to sweat physically which is quite hard for myself) * My exercises that I wrote here isn't in order, sometimes during the week I only have time to do leg press and the thigh machine so take it at your own pace but when I do have a day where I can take my time and do all of this it usually takes 2-3 hours haha so don't stress if you can only do 2-3 of these So summary: Since I have started intermittent fasting with the 16:8 ratio. Eating only between 800-1200 calories per day and going to gym 5x a week. Then I did another inbody test to see my progress and I seen huge results!! So i did my most recent inbody test on 10th of April 2024 after implementing the stuff i wrote above: Weight: 51.9kg down by 3.1kg Muscle mass: 22.2kg up by 0.4kg Body fat mass: 11.6kg down by 3.8kg (This is my inbody test where it had 2 months and 2 weeks in-between from the last one) I lost 3.1kg of Weight which is GREAT!!! my muscle mass increased by 0.4kg from last times(21.8kg) and I lost 3.8kg OF BODY FAT😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩🤩 As of 10th april my measurements are: Mine - 25.03.24 (new) / weight - 51.9kg Neck: 32.5cm Shoulder: 47cm(back)43cm(front) Bust: 81cm Waist: 69cm Hip: 83cm Sleeves: 56cm Foot length: 24cm Ball girth: 22cm Thigh circumference: 50cm/20in ______________________________ So now from this point on April 28th 2024 I will implement this exercise every day for 2 weeks whilst doing the calorie deficit/intermittent fasting and gym 5x a week and i will update to see if there is any progress!! Doing this for Idk how long ! DAY 1✅:did it and don’t see any diffirence yet DAY ✅2:did itt DAY ✅3: did it DAY 5-8❌: I GOT SICK SO I WASNT ABLE TO DO IT😭 DAY 9✅: DID IT AND IT WAS MUCH EASIER THAN BEFORE also my stomach looks more toned and curved DAY 10✅: did it DAY 11-41✅: guys i was doing the workout i just wasnt writing in this comment and doing all those days i have noticed my Waist Is Getting smaller and i am not kidding.
