I’ve been doing this workout for 3 days now and lemme tell u it is soooo effective. Most important part is keeping your back to the ground, I struggled to do this, so if anyone is struggling to keep there back to the ground I personal found it helpful to just lay down on the ground and do some simple leg exercises to help you focus more on keeping your back to the ground. It may take a while but you will get it eventually. One more thing, I normally get very bloated after eating a small snack and if anyone is the same trust me this help a lot. Of course you will still get bloated but this workout help so much with bloating in general even after a meal. I 100% you do this workout but make sure you stay hydrated cause it is a bit exhausting. I’ve not done with this one yet, but thanks so much. I know every body is beautiful but honestly whilst I’m not extremely overweight or anything it’s been causing me a lot of stress which I can’t really carry on with. I binge eat a lot but I’ve been trying to make healthier changes, and even though I’ve done Chloe ting and Pilates for a long time (couple of years) it just wasn’t making the difference I wanted to see, even if I was getting stronger which was very demotivating. Anyway I was just trying to say your videos actually _have_ helped, even in the short period of time I’ve been doing them, so thank you so so much for helping me feel more confident!! ❤️

Hey guys, I just wanted to say that I read the comments on all of her videos saying that her workouts worked, but I still had doubts, because I’ve never gotten good results from the workout videos I did (Lilly sabri and Chloe ting) but it hasn’t even been a full week and my stomach is flatter than I ever could’ve imagined it. I’ve had a belly pooch for my entire life(even when I was very skinny), but after doing this workout and her 10 minute workout for a few days, it got a bit smaller. It’s not completely gone, but I am still in shock of how well her workouts work. Also, I have not been dieting. If you’re a bit hesitant, this is your sign to give Gloria’s workouts a try. You won’t regret it.

At first I felt like this workout did not work out for me at all but I realized keeping your back to the floor and tightening your abs is SO IMPORTANT!!! After I did this I saw clear results not even a week after doing this.

@@sxftiefr0g512When you're doing workouts where you have to keep your head up, you want to focus on tightening your core (aka abs) and not totally replying on your neck to keep you up. I'm not exactly sure how to describe how you do it but just focus on your core and make sure you can feel the burn/stretch when doing these workouts.

@@sxftiefr0g512 I'm a bit late to this, but to tighten a muscle is the same this as tensing it. Imagine you're about to get punched in the stomach or something; your body's natural reaction is to tense the muscle. that tensing feeling is your muscle engaging. Hope this helps!!

Let's give it a try ☀️ Day 1 : ✅ I struggled but felt good with work my abs again Day 2 : ✅ i did that with my friend, so much entertaining and motivating! We struggle during the leg circles and almost stopped at every single circle Day 3 : ✅ with bsf again, we were literally dead again for the leg circles. Felt even easier than yesterday Day 4 : ❌ "1st august" I didn't do it because I'm doing a pilates program at the same time and today I had to work on my abs. I'll do it twice tomorrow tho. Day 5 ❌ 40 min pilate session, my soul left his body Day 6 ✅ Pls like to remind me 💪

Been doing this, the 10 min one and 5 min overall abs one and also 20-30 min of cardio and I’m seeing a different! Also can feel my core getting so much stronger! Trying to incorporate some other workout videos as well since we’ve been feeling stronger! it’s been about a week and a half now and I feel great!!!

ok so imma try this out description of what my stomach looks like right now - so basically i have a flat upper belly and there is an ab line at the top but as you go to the lower belly i have a pooch and some love handles. my waist and upper belly are small but it gets bigger as you go down so i want to flatten that as much as i can. workouts i’m doing along with this one - nina dapper 8 minute arm workout part 2 - gloria song back fat and bra bulge workout - gabriella whited thigh gap workout the ones i do every day are the first two, the gabriella whites workout is a sometimes thing because i have a small thigh gap right now. day 1: omg the burn was real! so in the first few ones up until the circle one i did good and didn’t feel the burn but that’s when things went downhill and the burn started. i did good took one pause but i’m feeling good overall right now. i’m gonna try to not restrict myself foods that i want to eat. i’ll try and restrict the amount of junk food i eat and bring it down a notch but i’ll still eat the way i eat. i will also drink more water cause i need that. day 2: i still felt the burn around the same time. can’t see any physical changes. i did eat a lot and am really bloated but yea other than that i still felt the burn day 3: today was much easier, i took no pauses and did it with better form. i also drank a lot of water while working out so i didn’t sweat too much and dehydrate. it was easier. oh and here’s the workout routine i do. first i do the nina dapper arm workout, then i do this workout, then i do the gloria song love handle workout.

@@user-si7mo3js3d so my arms are skinny from the bottom but the top looks kinda fat and i also have armpit fat so that sucks. i think it’s working but very slowly. i feel stronger and i’ve lost a little bit of the arm fat but it took me a week to lose a little. i recommend it tho because it’s not that painful like the other workouts. once you feel that you’re toned up, try some other stronger arm workouts

For those just starting the workout I’ll give a little rundown :) If you’re just starting to exercise and not very fit (like me) you may feel a bit of pain in your lower back during this workout! A quick search will let you know that this is just due to weak core muscles. I think if you continue this workout the pain might start to lessen. This workout is pretty quick and good for beginners. Just a reminder that you can’t target fat loss but working out should help with general fat loss 👍 PS. Reminder to eat and drink properly! Pushing yourself isn’t good either so remember to take breaks! Edit (7/23/23): It’s been around 4 days since I started this workout and it’s gotten a bit easier! I’ve been doing other beginner workouts beside this one so that might be part of the reason 👍

I've been doing these tasks for about 3 days in a row now and I have the feeling that I've become a little thinner. However, I still do additional exercises and eat almost nothing between morning, lunch and dinner, or even nothing at all, just breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have to look at some more of your exercises so I can combine them.

Doing for a long time but only recording one week Day 1: really good, already stretched so I was ready Day 2: good I can see improvements burned a little bit Day 3: it burned!!!! I can see improvements Day 4: I had dance and we do abs there Day 5: dance again Day 6: 🩸 girls you know Day 7: 🩸+ I did it and it BURNED I also had dance it was a double the pain but it was worth it. Day 8: I am seeing improvements for sure now. I am ready for hot girl summer!!! Day I don’t even know anymore: I lost 5 pounds and I’m doing amazing. But I also joined dance team so idk if it was that too.

@@cheriecce Hi and if im gonna be honest, I've seen a little difference but not a lot, I also started to work on some parts of my body like my hands, legs and waist to loose fat cause I read that you can't loose fat in a specific area cause in order to loose fat on that area you also have to loose fat on other areas (also I lost count😅) Have a nice day 💓

Doing this workout for probably 10 days btw im 11yrs old🎉 Day1: instead of my hips or stomach hurting my legs hurt😢✅ Day2: my stomach hurts and my legs hurt to I do this workout when I wake up and do some other stuff so at that time I don't eat after I've done my workout😮💨✅ Day3: it hurt when i try to move so i guess its working😭✅ Day4: my legs hurt so bad and my hips were cracking like crazy and I flet like I was gonna break😂✅

I'm doing this for 14 days or idk + 10 min lower abs day 1: easy but the wide circles I'm dead! , did 1 set day 2: easy but at the end i was dead, did 1 set day 3: easier then other days, did 1 set day 4: ✖ (period) day 5: ✖ wasn't motivated and my stomach hurts so much

doing this workout for one week straight! 🐧 (im realy lazy)(im surprised that I started doing these) day 1 ✅ - it was actualy very hard for my lazy ass but ig it was good. I decided to do it actualy two times a day day 2 ✅ - wow after yesterday my lower belly was so flat. Today i did this only one time but i gotta say that this was hard tho

doing this workout + gloria song's 5 min toned belly workout (remind me pls🙏) day 1 - done👍 the leg holds killed me and my legs hurt too, is that normal? day 2 - doneee, really felt the burn and the leg holds are still killing me but i managed to do it, i also did pilates tdy bc i had an energy boost😭 day 3 - done! i felt the burn more tdy (maybe bc i did it more properly🤓) but i was able to go through the whole thing without random breaks! day 4 - skipped, i did p.e at school tdy and i barely have energy anymore😭 day 5 - couldnt do the last 2, i was rushing as i needed to go somewhere tdy day 6 - done, i decided to do gloria song's 10 min lower abs workout too and i can REALLY feel the burn (also tysm gloria for replying🥹) day 7 - done, its getting easier and i also noticed that my school uniform is getting looser, i think thats a good sign! day 8 - done! getting easier day 9 - done! my stomach looks flatter on the side, i think its working day 10 - done, got much easier than day 1 and my stomach is flatter im not gonna be updating this anym because i keep forgetting😭 (but i am gonna continue doing the workout) my stomach did get flatter but not TOTALLY flat, still satisfied tho. i recommend doing this with gloria song's 5 min toned belly & the 10 min lower belly, it'll help alot! goodluck to yall doing this‼️

Ab definition comes from both a good workout and a good diet. Make sure you are eating healthy and incorporating a good cardio routine to burn any extra calories :)

Hey lots and LOTS of water or eating foods that help to bloat less is probably why you aren’t seeing results I had this problem when I first started working out :) also it could be because you’re not keeping your back flat while working out

Day 1- Did I kill the workout or did the workout kill me? Day 2- I died. It hurt so bad. Day 3- It got so easier. Only the leg hold hurts now. Day 4- HURTS 🔥 Day 5- Did not feel anything.

i think your core has something to do with it, also breathing on the right parts. inhale on the hard parts and exhale on the relax one.
