Thank you very much for your video. This is the first time that I feel there might be an answer to my pain. I've been trying to strengthen my glutes while also doing ashtanga once a week but it still hurts a lot. I would like to ask you if you stopped practicing ashtanga while doing the hip program from upright health or did you do practice also aside and made variations? Do you happen to have a video that addresses what you can do for ankle pain when in lotus or simple crossed leg. I've had previous ankle injuries that have healed but my ankles are tight.

hello! I am and always have really struggled to lift the leg just on its own. I never improve this... I don't think it's hamstring flexibility as i can keep my leg straight sitting or laying with my leg up. Its the strength i think, I would be interested in a sort of exercise i can do to strengthen the muscles to lift the leg higher while standing.
