Сегодня первый раз попалось это видео. Как раз во время тренировки. Я его сделала и собираюсь делать каждый день. Мне интересно узнать какие будут результаты через неделю. Но кроме этих упражнений у меня ещё 2 видео с другими.

Thank you very much. Only one remark - the calm music part has a minor key, which tends to have a negative influence on mood whereas a major key lightens the mood.

First time user and I am impressed with the variation of moves to cover all of the areas we don't usually think need emphasis but will definitely show up over 60 years old. Very good burn. Look forward to doing this everyday.🙂
