Thank you very much. Only one remark - the calm music part has a minor key, which tends to have a negative influence on mood whereas a major key lightens the mood.

Great exercises. And super good during the resting time to be able to see the next exercise. Improvements: having the 30” overall time left so we see the totality of what we have done and what remains. The number of the exercise looks more in internal info. Would be better if that was the number of exercises that we have done or still to do.
