Cool video but lets clariffy, just cuz someone famous do graffiti dosen't mean that evreyone sould do it, unless you really have passion and you know to do good pieces so if you don't its considered vandalism even if on a legal wall or not.

Graffiti isn’t mindless I found the most brilliant minds were writing on walls. The reason is they’re unappreciated for what they are. We don’t fit the mold and don’t want to fit the mold. I was told that I had to ride the college conveyor belt but I jumped off instead. I have no regrets ever years later I encourage those to pick up a can and go for it!

Someone who's been writting anno 2003, and in my humble opinion I myself see myself as a toy and I think everyone should see themselves as someone who forever will have space to evolve more and more to, I can say that there are deffo no rules or mistakes. Graffiti is not for everyone and you can find out if it is for you by just going out and trying new stuff, in enting your own style. More important is the graffiti etiquitte - don't go over other people's shit, don't bomb on churches, mosques and so on.

One I seen recently with a few people tagging, animals. Certainly a dick move to paint living animals, but even the roadkill one I seen was not going over well with a number of people that seen it.

The wool daubers go back to trades. I think some of these were a more industrial glue or rubber cement you may use on crafts like planes, but for dyes, the only thing I can recall is for dying leather. Which, I never encountered anything about anyone doing graffiti with leather dye, so, could test that out on surfaces and see how buff resistant they are. Would get dyes from a few brands, though, getting the same color from one brand tends to leave leather lighter or darker than other brands and may easily wear off on the leather for bad brands, so, like graffiti and other art paints, markers, etc., they do vary in quality.

As a Philadelphia graffiti artist of the early 1970s I totally agree about murals that are adverts in disguise. To me that totally screams sell out! I earned my stripes as an associate of the KCD. I was early immediately post Cornbread era.
