Theres nothing new with older bikes looking remarkably similar as their designers often worked for one, then the other, and then another manufacturer especially where triumph and BSA are concerned. here the Triumph is definately unmistakably a Triumph with the engine design, where the Enfield looks more like an old Honda single. and Why do modern bikes come without center stands? I mean, how much does it really cost to include something that makes servicing and chain cleaning so much easier, but No! it comes as an optional extra for another £300 odd! Ridiculous! One niggle here, I know that advertising and sponsership helps fund channels but I came here for the bikes not for a review of a phone mount! There's enough advertising on you tube as it is without having them added to the videos too...

I’m sorry but if you really don’t like the advert you can skip it. KZbin ad revenue pays us less than minimum wage, for us to continue to make videos like this we rely on sponsors like quad lock and we only promote products we genuinely believe in and use, it really gets on my nerves when people complain about a tiny sponsored section of a video. We’ve worked really hard to be lucky enough to work with amazing brands like quad lock and many others.

I don't drive very fast, but I try to drive safely. And safe driving includes fast overtaking - long overtaking means more risk...so of these two laps I'd definitely pick the triumph

Had a lovely ride around the chater valley today! There was a time I favoured an open face helmet, but also had the fly in ear problem on more than one occasion, it's like a form of torture, occasioning a quick stop. Off with the helmet to remove the offending beastie. Full face now for me. Oh and Darcy watch out for that Will Scrape, he is not a nice character. Good work again guys, keep em coming. Thanks.

I got a 2022 T120. at 5'6" I find it pretty comfortable, I can't quite flat foot it, but it's not far. I use it to get to and from work about 20 miles each way in an area where people drive very fast (normal highway speeds are 70-90 MPH). I can easily keep up with traffic and still get fairly good gas mileage. the biggest issue I have found is the downshift keeps breaking, but I think the latest repair I did at the cycle shop seems to have fixed that issue.

Good video. The biggest concern with the Triumph is Bajaj build quality. Is nice that Royal Enfield makes its own bikes. These will certainly be good used buys in a couple years. Any news on Honda CB 350 h'ness coming your way? I have a house in Mexico and they started selling it there a month ago. I’d buy that over both of these.

@@MrDarcy-OlMan H’NESS, I’m leaning to getting one for my Mexico house. It’s cool to have bikes not available in the UK or US. And now that I think about it more I’d get the RE 350 Classic in Chrome over the Hunter 350 or Triumph 400. It’s a beautiful looking and fun bike for your lower cc needs. Enjoying your videos.

Totally agree on the cheap dial which I have on my Street Twin. If I’m paying all that more money to upgrade I don’t want to be staring at the same cheap dial. IMO they should put the T120 clocks on it.

I think a tour with Freddie to France, or up North to Scotland during this nice weather. Maybe a multi day trip with multiple bikes that you all swap between to give your personal perspectives on.

Very nice video. Chain drive kills them for me but the Speedmaster is certainly a looker. The RE is outstanding value and sounds pretty good but to my mind, the exhausts look all wrong so they'd have to go.

Hello gents! A review on Honda’s brand new array of its classic inspired 350cc segment would be great! I’m based in Singapore and I own an Indian variant Honda H’ness CB350 otherwise known as Honda GB350 in Japan. Honda India has came up with three 350cc models; CB350, H’ness CB350 & CB350RS. Honda Japan then matched the market and started distributing the same 350cc models under a different name as in that order; GB350C, GB350 & GB350S. My H’ness CB350 produce a brilliant exhaust note as I cruise through the city of Singapore. Smooth as butter. Hopefully you lot will be able to get your hands on them in the near future for the viewers. Love watching this channel, cheers!

Having seen a few Royal Enfield videos, most owners are changing exhausts and other parts. Some even going to a big bore kit, just to liven it up. For me, I would rather go straight for the Moto Guzzi.

Love the direction! So many bike reviews focus on CC's. But a lot of us bikers are only about bikes. CC's are cool but the rider smiles for miles are more important. Not sure though if this was a fair comparison though, but a fun video!

@@MrDarcy-OlMan And you are right! For sure! Royal Enfield make Stella bikes for price and especially build quality! I daily ride a Super Meteor. I know it wasn't your cup of tea but for me it works for me and bang for buck, bloody awesome on build quality! I will not do touring on this bike, this bike is not up for it for me for distance. (Despite marketing). However, every day commutes, and explore on the weekend, perfect! However, Triumph quality is just so outstanding comparing! And worth the money! I love my Super Meteor so much (converted to single seat , with solo seat finisher, Astral Black, Barend Mirrors) however I already know the T100 Bonneville is my perfect keeper next purchase! (Love the Stealth or would go black. ) The ShotGun... Love so much Bobber Looks!! Amazing But I felt Giant on it at 5'9. (Not that matters) Would still keep a Super Meteor for size. Just me ...

So, just to clarify, the new production ones require you to mix the gas/ oil at every fuel stop? Were the originals disc brake on the front? I see the chain is fully enclosed. What is required for maintenance? I assume it is at least an O ring chain? Would look good with a Velorex 562 sidecar attached. What safety rating does the helmet meet?

That Speedmaster looks crazy and it sounds amazing, indeed! Also those "only" 78Hp are plenty enough, as reference, my ex XVS1300 which wasn't a sport bike, but still quite zippy for a 72...ish HP cruiser!
