Something is that my turtles are like one or two inches long😂😂and the got a quarter smaller tank than his😅

My red eared slider(Raphael) sneezed a bubbly mucus substance today after moving him and Mikey from a 32cmx19cmx24cm tank to a 50cmx34cmx34cm tank and he kinda lost his appetite compared to before? He's eating a little bit but not as much as yesterday where he'd even try to bite Mikey in the mouth when Mikey already had a hold of a pellet 😢

Got my turtles a freshwater snail as a treat. They didn't eat it at first, but slowly picked on it for about two months. One morning, I saw the shell empty and broken. Tbh, I should have chosen a smaller snail. Turtles are fine.

Hi my turtle, she is 6 years old has swelling eyes for the past two weeks? But as of recently one of her eyes had slightly opened. The problem is that she started sneezing and moving less. She also hasn’t been eating no matter how much I tried(only once recently she did). She managed to eat a bit a few days ago. But her it was because her other eye was more open from my assumption. I’m really worried for her, because she has been “sneezing” or “wheezing” nonstop. She also has this yellow mucus in her mouth that I noticed, it’s not filling her mouth completely, but it’s still apart of it. I can’t really afford a vet right now, and im really worried. My tank had been cleaned recently, and I’ve been worried.

What can be given for a pair of 2½ month old red eared slider turtle hatchings that's 3½ inch(Raphael) and 2inch(Michelangelo) living alongside 5 guppies(before it was 7 and 2 gave birth but Raph eventually decimated their population 🥹

Couple things: 1. That looks like a LOT of fruit to feed all at once. 2. Also, it’s my understanding you should never feed aquatic turtles out of the water as they require a gulp of water with each bite to avoid choking and properly digest. That’s why she’s taking each piece into the water to eat it.

OMG 😭 it really worked. I just got my baby turtle in September so I was panicking when she woke up with swollen eyes. I left her in there for 20 minutes and the puffiness went down enough for me to see her pupils now. I’m gonna do it again before bed time. I also got her some eye rinse so we’ll see how things go by the end of the week.

Very nice video, but i have some question about diet for a adult false map, so i feed him 3 times a week but what ? I usually feed him a leaf of lettuce in all 3 days and 1st day i feed him carrot and lettuce 2nd day pellets (zoomed) and the letuce and 3rd day insect/shrimp etc. And a leaf of lettuce. Is that ok? What should i change.

hey !~ i have 2 turtles in which one died becoz of respiratory infection.. i was too late to understand the symptoms but now when one has died i immediately rush to vet nd he told me to give antibiotics to my other turtle nd some oxygen supplement but he was not eating anything so i started liq diet for him but then also he was not drinking the juice so i soaked him in the juice idk it helped or not but ig he started becoming lil bit active but he keeps on sleeping nd its a baby turtle so idk will it help or no but its winters so can uh pls help me with some kind of food that baby turtles like ??
