This minus world glitch extends past video games. The subconcept of blank/nothing creating spmething consisitent and recreatable (stable) appears in the WWF Raw game with the unfinished character that's playable. It's a concept related to the observer effect. To understand that you have to grasp the observer effect past repeating like a parrot. So a quick lesson is the roundish shape of planets rather gas or ice or metal or rock is the observer effect cause a greater universal process grabs nothing and incorporates it to its process. So with that definition applied the observer effect is just grabbing components (scientific nothing) to complete the coding within that games universe. It's not a big deal

Fun fact: in smb1 usa version Theres actually over 256 worlds

My circle's rumor mill held that the 1up was there or not based on whether you'd died yet or not. If you usually run the game using warp pipes, the 1ups will follow that pattern because on your first visit to each world, it will be there but if you die, it won't. So most of your experiences will reinforce that idea. The times when you get to other worlds and it doesn't spawn ... "that's weird. I thought I hadn't died. Oh well" :shrugs:

Holy cow. I guess this is supposed to be a new level but why do I remember playing this exact level as a kid? Maybe it changes and gets harder towards the end. I’m only two minutes into the video like the good hasty commenter I am.

Saying that the keyboard equal to the NES controller is just saying that a dirtbike capped at 55 km/h is the same as a horse. The keyboard has springs, the controller has rubber pads. The Keyboard has all of it's keys close together with all basically the same shape, the NES controller has 3 different distances, shape and implementations of buttons. The Keyboard can have any button pressed at any time, the NES controller is limited by it's design.

This mechanic is not true on the Arcade version. TBH, until now, I thought that you HAD TO warp on the NES version. But in the arcade, you CANNOT warp and get the 1up. And... now I'm going to have to fire up MAME to make sure I'm remembering correctly (but I'm pretty sure I am... I fed that darn machine enough quarters...)
