As a kid, I went with my father to parks and I just randomly caught turtles with my hand, that’s my go to method on how to catch snappers

I don’t like this video I happen to Love it me and a very good friend use to call foxes and I learned a lot about them I moved to Missouri for a while and when to work on a hog farm I had never seen a coyote before being from Maryland but I learned pretty quickly about them Les I was walking over to the farrowing house when a big doe bounced over this hill and what I thought were 2 fairy big dogs chasing her,I watched them run off so I walked over to edge of the hill looked over it and there were no farm house near there what was there was a big thicket I knew that they weren’t dogs !! I told the farmer about my encounter he told me about the coyotes on the farm,I also learned that we needed to control them so the farmer I worked for started bringing a 22-250 with us as we went in to do the chores,we started taking out a few because they were always trying to get a free pork dinner of small pigs !! I really like how you call it’s exciting watching your skills pay off I used to always watch your show on the hunting network on cable !! Your an awesome caller !!

I used custom 17/222 35 degree shoulder tight neck, Jewel trigger, Macmillan stock, 4.5-14 leupold scope, Remington action. Used 30g hpbts deadly out to 400-450….

You sound like you spent some time in the woods. Do you know how many fawns on average a female coyote brings to her den with pups..Per trail camera at den 18 until pups leave. I trapped coyotes with snares and taped them up and put them on my 4 wheeler and then sold them to coyote training pens. All i see in your truck is dollar signs. GRIZ

I've called them in on pig distress here in Michigan. It is wutever triggers them. Just cuz we don't have a bunch of wild pigs running around doesn't mean it won't work

seems hunting Eastern coyotes is quite the challenge. I got another the other night however, they hung up and wouldn't cross an old road. One male came within 200-215 yds and he never left the other 2 flew South through he cornfield. I never shot at them because I don't want them any more educated. The next night had another come within 200 yds +or- and he wouldn't come any closer, I was setup on a wooded fence line. Almost every one I've shot has been between 150-237 yds. hard to get them in any closer as a rule. Almost all of my sets are longer 1 - 3 hrs. calling less with distress and low volume until they blow up, then I hit the coyote vocals briefly. Sure appreciate your time and insight, just started hunting yotes a little over a year ago, it's been an educational journey. Thanks again!
