Details that were missed. 1. Just before the flames reach Spy, the outline of a skull can be made out on his face. 2. During the time loop where scout is picking up the M VHS tape, you can see a scar. Checking back on that scene earlier in the movie, you'll notice that every scene at this point has us looking at the opposite side of scouts face. But if you pause as they begin to leave after the double doors opened "mysteriously", you'll see the scar as scout walks away. Edit: Never mind, I'm an idiot. The scout has the scar when the medic is examining him. Though same scar vanishes later. So there's a possibility that were seeing two different scouts, or it's just an error on the film makers part.
