Shouldn't just show perfectly stripped results. Mine was the first love my lawn got in basically over 20 years at this property. I'm in Oregon and had been raining for 2 weeks so couldn't even get a quick mow before the after pictures. Not everybody has a expensive mower either that tripe's well. Just my thoughts. Lawn looks great though huge transformation.

So good to see so many people enjoying this product. We actually renovated two more of our fields with “blackout”. Absolutely a show stopper. Can’t wait for hundreds of kids to walk up and just see the looks on there faces next spring. Great friend who owns Team all Sports in southwest Ohio. True professional and most importantly a true friend for helping us out.

I scalped and overseeded with blackout tttf on my small (6’x25’) California lawn last month. I haven’t mowed it yet and the neighbors are already asking what I did to get my lawn that thick and dark green. I used black beauty the past 3 seasons over seeding in spring and fall.

What about liquid dethatching? The thing you spray and it helps breakdown stuff. Several brands make it. Have you tried any and what’s your take on it?

The blackout perennial grass is legit dark. Lol. Darker than the Yard Mastery KBG/Ryegrass mix.

My lawn evaluation --- I have BLACKOUT on my front ( curbside ) lawn, so while the grass is getting taller it's NOT as dark as my original FIREBALL grass that I installed last year. Have a good holiday season and looking forward to your videos in the new year. Suggestion? try using Fireball ONLY in a small area just for the comparison / fun of it...

Thank you for all the videos you shared this year. I used your Black Out Perinnal and had great success in some areas and other areas not so much however I have Bermuda. So scalping down bermuda short and doing alot of thatching and loosening up the soil to make the seed take was tough in some areas. Any recommendations would help me out alot.

Your son has great hands and coordination. Have him keep at it. You never know where it can take him if he really enjoys it. Color of all the lawn sections look amazing. Never seen grass that dark before. Stripes look amazing too. I happen to know a little about that subject lol. Enjoy the offseason and will look forward to next years content.

I remember when I could run and catch a football like that. Was many moons ago 😂. If I shimmy like that with my ankles they’re certified broken😅! I had the same issue with my Fireball/Hattrick. It must've gotten buried too deep and so I still have bare spots. Then out of frustration I went over the area with my aerator randomly one night about a month ago, and whaddya know, I started seeing some sprouts! Oh well,. Spring will be here eventually and I'll get it all right and tight again. Great vid. Cant wait for all the content next year!

@@lawnlifevlogs I wish i would have entered your contest. I do a pretty good job on mine but i mow at 3 inches. A friend of mine moved recently.. My wife and i went to his house and i made a wrong turn. I slammed on the brakes in the middle of the street and said to her "Holy shit thats jesses yard" she was so confused. i showed her your channel. She now has someone to blame for my grass obsession. LOL. Looks even better in person. Thanks for the content.
