I’d say at this point, you gotta have cash on the side and exposure so that you don’t completely fumble during bearish times, just to come out with nothing but buying bags too high later on. Not a financial advisor, just my two cents of advice.

I think it's especially difficult for retirees and near retirees, I know to focus on the long term but the anxiety when you're supposed to be retiring in 3years is super exhausting, I've been looking into hiring a market expert as well.

I totally agree, money management is vital to early retirement, reason I prefer my day to day invt decisions being guided by a invt-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using a invt-coach for over 2years+ and I've netted over 1.5million

Talking about coaching, do u consider anyone worthy of recommendations? I have about 150k to taste the water now that large cap stocks are at a discount... Thanks.

saw the gorilla but couldn't count the passes. i came up with investor and fat. i said 'yes' on the coffins, but not because i LIKE them??? coffins are generally a necessity unless cremation is going up, so a coffin and/or funeral based investment seems like a pretty stable investment to me.

Just started trading this week, I'm 26 I hope to keep at it and go from working class to 'no work, class' and live off dividends or simply be able to give my saving a boost for when I need the money. Great video subbed!

As a Norwegian American I can safely say that your takeaways on this book are 100% incorrect on all fronts even though I have zero evidence to support this statement. Seriously though, excellent video and it was exactly what I was looking for.

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

Thanks for the video, dude. So much value and information. Really appreciated. Quick question for the Tikr users, is anyone else having issues where the "Copy Table" button doesn't show up on the Global Screener? I can only get it on the Watchlist. Is this a feature only available to paying users?

This video has to be a troll. The guy should definitely have taken the money to buy his own flat. I just did the maths my rent used to be 17.5% of my income, my mortgage is now about 13% of my monthly income. So this frees up money for me to invest, plus that money I pay off is increasing my ownership of the flat, not disappearing into the landlord's pockets. Insane.

I’m 55 hoping to end the rat race at 60 with $1M. I know money is a liability to be exchanged for assets with real value like real estate (rental income) stocks (dividends) gold (profit) But, what is it with bitcoin? I'd love to diversify my $200k portfolio for fast growth.

The key is diversification. Personally, I delegate my investing to a license advisor, cos my job doesn't permit the time to perform market analysis myself. Thankfully, my stagnant portfolio has 5X in 5 years, barely 10% short of a 7figure account as of today.

Still with Tesla stock, investors can never be sure what will happen next, bearish periods ultimately establish a new set of stocks to buy and watch while setting the stage for a robust new uptrend. I have been reading articles of people that grossed profits up to $250k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?

What this video is missing is that governments are debasing the currency at about 15% per year or so. So that 1mil by the time he is 43 will be worthless, bitcoin/gold will be probably a trillion dollars by then. Also 1 million is not enough to retire on, even today, if you assume an actual rate of inflation, not the BS government spews.

13:54 how is fast lane frank a doctor? Doesn't that require years of medical school? Isn't going to college a slowlane move? Every concept raised in this book and video are either misleading or false. The vast majority of small businesses fail in the first year, it's very high risk, small business owners work 80 hours per week on average, it demands alot of time, and require alot of capital, so unless you're born with money you need to work a job, or get up to your eyes in debt. The "fast lane" requires alot of time, energy, money, risk tolerance, and especially luck. Good luck becoming a millionaire when you're homeless because you started 3 businesses you didn't know how to run, they all failed in under a year, and you can only get an entry level job because you have no degree and no work experience.

00:00 Avoid timing the market: Warren Buffett advises against predicting market movements, focusing instead on individual businesses. 02:17 Don't get attached to purchasing price: Investors shouldn't let their buying price influence current decisions; future performance matters most. 05:36 Beware of aggressive growth projections: High growth expectations can lead to overvalued stocks and disappointing returns. 06:12 Be cautious with leverage: Using excessive leverage can lead to financial disaster, especially in volatile markets. 09:29 Focus on the big picture: Mistakes often stem from failing to assess future economic conditions and industry prospects. 11:41 Avoid jumping over 7-foot bars: Complicated investment strategies rarely yield better results than simple, well-founded ones. 13:17 Keep your options open: Don't limit your investment opportunities by narrowing your focus too much. 15:31 Patience is key: Successful investing requires waiting for the right opportunities, not constant activity. 16:46 Don't over-diversify: Concentrate on a few high-quality investments rather than spreading yourself too thin. 18:22 Watch out for confirmation bias: Remain open-minded and reassess your investment thesis regularly. 20:34 Avoid following the herd: Contrarian thinking can protect you from investing based on popular sentiment. 22:50 Beware of omissions: Inaction can be just as costly as making the wrong move; don't miss out on valuable opportunities.
