I am definitely now more interested in being a abdominal sonographer, Im going to dive in some more research but this definitely helped me so much, I am almost done with my prerequisites and about to go into the program, but I am scared for the Hesi a2 exam. Just remember, you aren't the reason they have the cancer or unfortunate ailment. You're informing them so they can do something about what they're already suspicious of.

Is it possible to become specialized in breast without going through a full general Sonography program?

You ask females, would you be comfortable with a male sonographer. Do females ask males, are you comfortable with a female. Do female US techs feel hurt when males only want a make US Tech. Do female US techs ask males if they want male chaperones for testicular exams. Only female chaperones for transvaginal ultrasounds. Did you require male chaperones for testicular ultrasounds. If not, not very egalitarian. Why would be a double edged sword. It should be bilaterally enforced without question. If it were inverted, it would concisely be resolved no matter the circumstance if it were a female. She gaslighrs the situation and brings up the question for a testicular, or transrectal needing a chaperone (amusing that she says if they need a chaperone, not indicating the sex of the chaperone which would be female and exacerbate the situation for the male for the worse). I'm sure all the male "invasive" procedures she does it alone. Yeah, males be wary, and cautious of the vulnerable, and precarious positions, female healthcare workers when approaching you.

My program is not Cahheep certified, they are Ridiculous expensive in new york city. I can seat for my ardms. If you work in a healthcare field for 2 years you arr able To take the ardms. Call Ardms to verify, theres others way you can seat for the test. If someone sign the CV form you can seat for the test. Dont get discouraged

I worked in the mental health field for 5 years, and it gave me PTSD. But it was from discrimination and dealing with the type of female coworkers that flock to that field. I’m not sure if I should work in public anymore or get a degree in something that has more wfh opportunities? I’d be good at ultrasound I think but I’m afraid. It’s either this or an MBA. I want to work with professionals

i really interested in this field and i have some questions what is the role for a radiologist in the Ultrasound ? Can a radation technologist beside performing the scans can interpret the scan and give a report? i need to know the difference roles between radiation technologist and radiologist in ulrasound

My daughter says she wants to do this. However, It looks like the university she got into doesnt have a program. I see the local community college has an accredited program. One is 120k, the other is 6500. Seems like a no brainer to do the community college route and be done and making money in 3 years?
