So delicious 😋 I became a vegetarian 6 year's ago and i would have to say i love what i eat...i feel great...its hard to believe i never touched beans and lentils before. My body feels and looks amazing ...i pray more people take up this way of eating. I truly believe we are the change!!!

I have had diverticulitis for decades and lost 8" of my sigmoid colon to it 20 years ago. There is so much bad information on KZbin, including that doctors now think you can eat seeds, nuts and popcorn. Don't believe it. That info is based on ONE study. I can trace every attack, including my first one, to nuts or seeds. Modern medicine doesn't know squat about this condition. I swear by taking a psyllium fiber supplement daily and it's kept me relatively disease-free since my surgery 20 years ago. .

My primary doctor said believe it or not that diverticulosis is nothing to worry about. I did not have the chance to talk to my gastroenterologist after my colonoscopy b/c I was still not alert after the procedure. He did not offer an explanation but next time I'm going to have an endoscopy I make sure to discuss it.

The most contaminated foods are fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and grains, because they are sprayed with fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, etc. They cannot be rinsed off. They absorb into the tissue.

No you’re not a doctor don’t tell people to up their potassium that’s absolutely a no no and lots of water is fine. To much potassium will lower the gfr Dude really??
@Nerdtritionists3 ай бұрын
This is true if the GFR is already low, <40 mL/min. This video is for people who want to prevent CKD, where higher potassium intake is beneficial.

Why don't I have an infinite orgasm with every single living being on this entire planet. Wait a minute why am I limiting myself to just living beings. Why don't I include the entire eco-system of this planet aswell. Wait a minut. Why this planet. Why not the solar-system. Why not the milkyway galaxy. Why not the entire Universe. Why not every single thing possible. And I become it forever. That's true Love. Infinite amazement. You are falling in love with yourself. Now I am really looking in the mirror. Before when I looked at my face in the mirror that wasn't my real face. My real face is this entire singularity of every fucking thing. This is what I am. This is God looking at God. Yeah this is what I am and I Love it. WOW. OMG.

Watching different videos. 're diet I have been told to avoid meat sugar carbohydrates fruit vegetables lemurs and dairy. What can I eat
@Nerdtritionists4 ай бұрын
Hi Lorraine, For diverticulosis prevention, a diet high in whole plant foods, thus high in fiber, is a great choice. For gut health, a large variety of different whole plant foods is also beneficial! As stated in our video, it is important to eat a high-fiber diet to feed your gut bacteria. The more you feed your gut bacteria, the larger and softer your stool is, which makes it easier for your digestive tract to move it around. If you already have diverticulosis or diverticulitis, a similar logic applies. At the same time, you want to make sure that your diet is anti-inflammatory. So again, a lot of whole plant foods, intact grains, legumes, nuts, fruits, berries, etc. On an individual level, some diverticulitis patients have reactions to specific foods, e.g. corn, nuts or seeds, the idea being that they might be caught up in the diverticulae. This is something to be careful about and maybe to discuss with your health care provider. In general, a well-planned diet high in whole plant foods, including starchy and other vegetables, fruits, legumes, intact grains, nuts and seeds (maybe as nut or seed butter),... is a great choice.
